Maria's POV
I have packed my things and put them in my little bag. Suddenly someone called my cellphone.
* phone ringing *
Me:
Hello?
I answered the call with slight hesitation.
Roy:
Hello, Maria.
His voice I already know who it is.
Me:
It's you, Roy. Why did you call? Do you need anything?
I asked him.
Roy:
Are you free to go out today? I want to see you and talk to you now.
He asked as the tone of his voice seemed to fail.
Me:
I'm sorry, I'm here in Jeonju. I can go back there to Seoul maybe next week.
I answered him firmly.
Roy:
Is that so? Hmm... Is it okay to meet and talk on Wednesday, next week?
Roy asked like he was begging me.
Me:
All right. It's okay with me. All right, I'll drop the call. Bye and see you soon, Roy.
I said and I immediately dropped his call. Why did he call today? It's my rest week, then suddenly he called? I do not want to know or reach it to Gab. She will tell me again that it should be like this, and it should be like that. Never mind, I will not tell Gab about this. I prepared what I needed to get Gab to the terminal and I immediately left the house to get my car ready to operate. I got in my car and I immediately started it.
On my trip, I enjoyed the view along. I see the rays of the sun along with the cool breeze to be felt, and there are flying dandelion petals and plants all around with the music that calmed me down. 1 hour later, I arrived at the terminal to wait for Gab to arrive here. About 15 minutes later, I saw Gab get off the train and I immediately hugged her as if we had just met again.
* hug squeezes *
"Gabbie! I miss you so much! Can I squeeze your cheeks?" I said to her as I was affected by her cuteness.
"Oops! We have a conversation, right? You'll treat me now, right?" Gab said as if she was teasing me.
"This is it, we're going to eat. I'm hungry, aren't you hungry too?"
"Yes, let's go! Let's eat!"
"Come on! Let's eat at a mini restaurant near at your house. Delicious and cheaper." She said as if she would pay.
"All right, let's go." I said

"The surroundings are beautiful along with the uplifting melodies, it just feels good." She relaxed on our trip.
"Yes. If I only came home often, I would not return to Seoul in 1 or 2 weeks." I said.
"Oh! If only the day of rest could be like that, it's a case of work because you work hard. You go to different countries, right?"
"Yes. I can go to different countries but I only take care of work." I said as if complaining.
"Hmm... Let's just enjoy our rest days here in Jeonju, okay?" Gab said that light inside me.
"Thank you, Gabbie because you came here." I thanked her.
"No problem. Of course, you're my best friend hihi.", she said teasing me.
"Okay! We're close to the mini restaurant." I said that I was suppressing the tremor.
Because I don't have much talk and acquaintance with others here, it's good that she came here to Jeonju. She is the only one I have been close to and my best friend here in Jeonju since we went to a middle school here.
Honestly, I'm happy because she's with me now on my rest week. In a year, we only spend three times together and travel to places we want to visit. It is our first time that Gab and I take a long rest week together.
After 15 minutes, we arrived at a mini restaurant near my family house. We immediately sat down at a table good for two people.
"Let's order samgyupsal, soju, and beef tripe. Is that okay?" I asked.
"It's okay, as long as you have soju and it's free hihi.", she's very happy because I will treat her.
After 3 minutes, we already have the food and drinks we ordered.
"Hmmm. Looks delish! Thank you."
"No problem. Let's eat." We enjoyed the food ordered while sipping soju, it is worth it for our first half day here in Jeonju. After we ate, I immediately paid for our order and we got in my car. 10 minutes later, we arrived at my family’s house.
