Recap: Avery's POV
I gasped. I was speechless.

Avery's POV
There were pillows and blankets with a basket laid out under some trees. It was all lit up by lights hung up all in the trees. The scene was perfect.
I turned to San and hugged him.
"Thank you so so much. This is absolutely beautiful." I whispered, a few tears falling down my face. He brought my face up to his and wiped the tears with his thumbs. "Anything for you Ave. I'm glad you liked it." he smiled. He's honestly to good for me.
Sam grabbed my hand and led is over to the blankets. When we sat down, he opened the basket and started pulling the food out. " Let's see... we have ham and cheese sandwiches, chips, soda, cookies and chocolate covered strawberries. yum." he listed grinning stupidly. "Yum! My favorites." I giggled at his weirdness.
{{{ 3 hours later }}}
"N-No wa-ay!" Sam laughed hard.
"But I did!" I chuckled. We were telling our childhood stories and it had been my turn. I told him of a time where it was winter and I dared Jack to run naked down the street and back. But I locked him out, making him stand outside in the nude. I missed those days.
He looked at the time. "I think we should go ahead back to the house." he stood up and held his hand out to me. I grabbed it and he pulled me up to him. We put the stuff in the back of the car and headed home.
((( 1 hour later )))
We reached the house and Sam pulled up in the driveway. I grabbed Sam's chin and pulled him in for a kiss. "What was that for?" He asked. "Its for giving me a great night and thank you by the way." I smiled.
He smirked, " you're welcome Princess " . I grabbed my phone and stepped out of the car. "I love you Sam", I whispered. "Love you too Ave" he whispered back. As I walked to the door I turned to see him drive to his house.
I opened the door and walked in the house. It was oddly quiet. "Avery!" I heard Beth yell.
"How'd it go?!" She asked full of excitement. I laughed, "It was perfect. But I'll give you details in the morning cause I'm tired right now." "Okay fine but every detail!", she said before walking upstairs. I sighed from exhaustion.
Tonight was a beautiful night.
