What's worse than living in a house that's wholly secluded from the supposed town it's in and you have no source of entertainment because again, you're in the middle of literally no where and you have no internet access?
I'll tell you what's worse; HAVING A BLACKOUT IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER AT EIGHT PM. "Okay if you were to just stop breathing on my neck like that I would probably find the battery faster!" Shoving my annoying twin brother back with my butt— I try finding another battery to stuff into the flashlight by rummaging through the family toolbox.
When I feel the small object roll into my fingers I gasp, quickly scooping it up and fitting it into the back of the black stick. "Gosh, finally. I could've found it in like 20 seconds but whatever."
"That's ironic considering you spend those 20 seconds your claiming to find a battery in a blackout on tying your right shoe in broad daylight."
