Peter POV

It was a slow day, the rain constently falling from the sky, not to say the freezing temperatures. When I stumbelled out of bed I already had a headache the size of a soccerball so I went to the kitchen to get some water.

After having a leangthy drink of water, I decided to sit down as I didn't feel so good. Thats when it happened. A group of people I definately recognised but only from pictures came bounding through the door, smiling and talking over each other. Once they saw me an awkward silence came over all of us. It was only when Tony broke the silence by saying "Guys meet Peter, well I guess you already have. He is spiderman"

The movement of his lips and the biting of his lips before he opened his mouth was already overwhealming, that with the light they turned up as they came in sent me haywire. I tried to escape the prison of voices interrigating me aswell aas someone screaming at Mr Stark, within seconds and made an excuse to go to do some homework. I hurried to the library, every step senting a shooting pain through my body. I turned the lights off and sat in the corner with tears burning me as they rolled down my face.

Out of nowhere a voice that would normally be a whisper spoke saying

"Peter, you have an elevated heart rate, blood pressure and persperation rate. This combined with your unusual behavior leads me to think you are having your worse sensory soverload yet. I am calling Mr Stark."

I didn't have it in me to try to fight the A.I. but instead I just sat, curled in a ball waiting for my mentor and father figure to rescue me.

Tony POV

When F.R.I.D.A.Y. alerted me of Peters condition, a frightened look came across my face. How could I have been so stupid, he completed all of his homework yesterday evening when he came round after school, before we had a Star Wars marathon. Nat asked me what was wrong. I didn't have time to explain I just took Cap, rather agressively, and ran to Pete's bedroom. When he wasn't there I grabbed his head phones and glasses. Steve eventually grabbed my arm and stopped me, ordering me to tell him what was going on. My responce was blurted out, slightly mumbojumbo but he got the meaning.

"Along with Pete's wall stinking, he gets a-tingerly-thing, sixthsence and hightened senses. When we walked in talking loudly he must have already had a headache. I causes him to hear, see, feel, smell and taste everything rediculously amplified. He is normally ok at controlling it but today he must have had a sensory overload. By the sounds of it it is his worst one yet. You need to go in there, silently, in the dark and pick him up. It will hurt him like hell but then I just need you to follow me ok?"

He nodded trying to process everything I just said.

Peter POV
I heard two people tiptoeing down the hallway. I braced myself for an unimaginable amount of pain when the door opens. But it didn't. Instead I heard Mr Stark activate protocol SO7.
"Hey Pete, I know you're in there," he whispered from outside the door with concern and , "I'm gonna send Cap in. He's gonna take you to a special room. All of your stuff is in there. Ok, right Pete I need you to be brave for me. "

Every step Cap took towards me I flinched, I could tell he wanted to help me but my my bones felt like they were splintering. When he picked me up I felt all of the cells in my body tear, exploding. That's the last thing I remembered.

Steve Rodgers
I followed Tony down the hall in to a dark room. Peter had passed out in my arms. I will never forget the sheer terror in his eyes. Tony explained that it was sound and vibration proof with features which cancelled out any exterior stimuli. Tony said he would be out cold for at least three hours so we went back to the Avengers, once Tony explained what had happened the Avengers were shocked and felt really guilty.

It got to 10pm and Peter was still out so all of us except Tony went to bed. He sat outside the room waiting for Peter to wake up.

Peter Parker
I woke up in a dark, silent room with my soundproof headphones, sensory dulling glasses and a mysterious white pill sitting on the table next to me.

Friday must have been monitoring me because she quietly whispered. "Hello Mr Parker, are you feeling better?" I nodded knowing that she would recognise the action. She then asked if Mr Stark could come in. Once again I nodded and the door slid open.

"How ya doin' Underoos, we were all pretty concerned?" He said quietly.
"Not too bad." I mumbled back slightly embarrassed with a headache.

We had a chat and I took the pill and got some food. He left me in the kitchen to draw, it helps me to keep calm and relax.

Tony Stark
Once I left the kid, I went back to the main living room. They were all concerned but I told them he was ok and all was good.

By 7pm everyone was feeling worn out.  All of the Avengers, exept Peter, Tony and Bruce had spent the day doing training exercises, simulations and training.  They all grabbed a bowl of spaghetti and went to sit on the couches and chairs in the living room.  They put Star Wars on and like chocolate to a toddler a slightly tired Peter sat next to me and Nat who had taken quite a warming to him.

Luckly he had a day off on Monday for teacher training, I phoned Aunt May to tell her what had happened with Peter but she was away on a buisness trip so we agreed to let him stay with me till Monday when she would be back.

Within half an hour he was asleep, laying down with his head in Nat's lap so I got up and grabbed his Spiderman blanket which I wrappped around him.  Over the last few days our bond had grown much tighter.  He is like a son to me.
