Tita had been, since the beginning of the year, assuming Rodrigo's position at Hospitality. Her previous contract, until 2023, ended up being extended but with some major exchanges. She was now responsible for almost everything at the Hospitality, including the most recent intern, staying from September to December. It was a Danish boy, and she remembered being just like him, a few years ago. She made sure to tell him about her own path and how his could turn out to be similar.
Marcus was still racing in F1 with Alfa Romeo, with Robert as teammate. Once teammates in Prema in F3, the two were together again for 2024, after the Russian was in Formula E and reserve driver of the team in 2023. For 2025, both were aiming for the same thing: a Ferrari seat. After 4 years, Sainz Jr was expected to leave the team, and there were four names pointed to the seat: Schumacher, Ilott, Shwartzman and Armstrong. Two from Haas, the other two from Alfa Romeo. From the four, Marcus was the one with better results so far in the season, but that didn't mean the seat was his.

Of course, the couple knew who the driver was, but they couldn't share anything since it was not official yet.

@tita.r.morales I think this was the hardest secret I had to keep, but it's official now! I'm so proud of you, Marquitos, for everything you've been achieving over the years. Since Italian F4 (and Despacito 😂) to an F1 seat, a Ferrari seat; it's unbelievable! To be able to spend all of those years supporting you and a few last by your side changed my life. Seeing your will to improve and resilience every day inspired me to do the same. This photo dates back to 2021, when a younger Marcus was driving an F1 car for the first time, a Ferrari car. I remember your excitement after this day and how you dreamt of driving a Ferrari again; well it is happening 💛💛💛
