Him

Georgina broke up with Jake few months ago. Jake wasn't cool with it at first, but he seems to move on easily. What do I expect? But everytime he passes through me, he seems like wanting to punch me right in the face. Is it defeat? Or his ego just tattered by Georgina breaking up with him?

"That guy still had the face to show up, ain't he?" Ed motioned to give me the juice box from the tray. "Ah, the honorable face of not showing defeat. How would that be making you a resident playboy if everyone else slaps that you got dumped by a girl who's head over heels over you?"

"Sush, just sush." Trevor said. "It'll be better to stay that way. I guess that's what you call reverse uno card. Some sort of bad karma."

I sit there at our usual table, looking at his group. He meets my gaze and raises an eyebrow. He smirks and shakes his head.

Georgina and Isabel walk past him and his gaze follows her, but when she found us, Jake's gaze seemed on fire.

"I don't feel hungry." Georgina exclaimed. "I feel so sleepy."

"C'mon, it'll be just few days and you get some week-long rest before we move out for college. You need to eat." Isabel said. "Geez, what are you up to on late nights?"

"Netflix." she answered and folded her arms and placed her head on the table. "I've watched the series Lianna has been telling me."

"Seems like the series are good."

"True. And Interesting. Can't stop in just one episode. I needed answers, till I finished until 4 am." she yawned.

People have been leaving the cafeteria before the school bell rang. Isabel kept waking Georgina up, but she seems so sleepy that she wouldn't bulge.

"I'll be at the auditorium. Tell her to wake up." Isabel gave up. Ed and Trevor left, leaving me and Georgina.

I got closer to her and whispered. "Sure you won't wake up? I'll carry you back at the auditorium."

She raised her head and faced me, "Would you guys stop disturbing my dreams? I'm having a great vacation with a handsome guy."

"Oh, never thought you had a good dream with me in advance." I laughed.

She raised her brow and frown. "C'mon, let's just go back to the auditorium." she lazily stood up and get her bag.

Her

I noticed Jake has been eyeing me ever since we were in the cafeteria. It felt weird. I would die for his stares before, but now, it was just plain stare for me.

"It'll be great to give your best energies for the ceremony, but aren't you guys excited?" the principal noticed the energy. "Come now, be prepared. Your days here are already counting."

"It'll be great if we stop the graduation practice and have some sleep." Lianna whispered.

"Same. Same. I agree to you, sister." I said and we fist bumped.

"Noticed your ex staring girl? Ain't it creepy?"

"Call it weird. I needed sleep more than noticing things that aren't worthy of my time except the handsome guys in the series." I replied.

"Seems like two of you going to start college with bags in those eyes." Isabel complained. "Put some energy. Four more days and we are saying goodbye to the memories we had here."

"My memories weren't that necessary, except with you guys." I told them.

"Oh, I live for the McKenley scandals." I hear Ed told us. "I can't wait until the college days would age her scandals like fine wine."

"Hush now." Trevor told everyone. "Let's focus on things going on right now, not those scandals. Everyone's gonna remember, some of them gonna bury 'em."

"I can bury Lauren alive." Lianna replied.

"Okay, have some water break for 10 minutes and we will back to the practice." the principal told us.
