Her

" So, is he gonna get in trouble?" I ask.

"What trouble?" Isabel asked. "Big trouble."

"So is the low class bitch out to be suspended?" Steven was so excited about the news.

Lianna mumbled something, talking about her excitement to have Jake and Lauren suspended, or worst, expelled.

"Damage control should be done." I heard the principal in the office.

Afraid that we may be getting in trouble for eavesdropping, me and my friends leave. I heard rushing footsteps from the hallway. Seeing their parents going to the principal's office.  Jake's mom eyed me, thinking that I may be the one putting her son into trouble, but no. Definitely not. But she didn't like me either. Well, she'll put the blame on this on me. She loves jumping into conclusions.

"Allison." Clarkson called out to Jake's mother. "Don't give Georgina that look."

"My son wouldn't get in trouble--"

"Stop pointing fingers, ma'am." a teacher interrupted. "Your son was caught on tape with Ms. McKenley."

"For what? Stealing?"

"A sex video, madam." the teacher answered. You could see her face soften.

She went inside the office and heard voices, talking and loud voices arguing over something.

We left for the cafeteria. I heard everyone talking loud.

"Oh no, she should break up with him!" I heard a sophomore said. "She's gullible!"

"Who wouldn't be gullible with Jake? He's hot!" her friend told her.

"Hush!" the other girl silenced them, seeing me walk near them. "She's behind you!"

I did not mind them talking. I am gullible. Indeed, gullible.

But it just breaks my heart to have it known by the whole school.

"Don't worry, they'll forget about you being gullible. It's just Jake and Lauren---" he heaved a sigh. "I'm sorry." he said.

"Naked. I know." I felt my brain fell into my ass that moment. The video's thumbnail was worst. Just Lauren Mckenley without her bra. I don't need to mention anything more. I guess everyone knows what it looks like.

"Her---- uh, well you know, ain't a good sight for a thumbnail." Isabel exclaimed, laughing over the thumbnail.

"Should they put his---" Steven wouldn't even finish his sentence, looking at me. "Geez, Georgina. Last years in high school doesn't have to be this worst."

"I suggest, you should break with him." suggested Ed. He leaned to me closer. "Choose Clarkson!" he whispered.

Him

Allison really doesn't like Georgina at first. Well, Allison loves jumping into conclusions, would likely to blame George for the trouble Jake has gotten into.

"Where is she?" Allison just came to me. "Where is she?"

"Whose she?"

"Georgina."

"Why are you looking for her?"

"Does it even matter? I wanna talk to her." she said firmly.

"Jake put himself into trouble." I said. "Georgina's thinking about breaking up with your son, Allison." I really think Reginald's gonna beat her son's ass after the video comes out.

She just turned her back on me and walked away. Much for a spoiled son not getting the "talk" from his mom.

"Georgina!" Jake shouted, running out of the school's hallway, just as his mom leaves the school. Everyone walking in the hall give way for him. But still, he couldn't catch up with her.

My phone rings, an unknown number calls.

"Hello, is this Clarkson? It's me, Giselle. Georgina's mom."

"Oh, Giselle. You called."

"Yeah. Thank you for telling---Son, you should come with us tonight. Dinner's on me." Reginald's voice echoed as he cuts Giselle talking.

"Thanks--"

"Won't take no as an answer, Clarkson." Giselle told me before she hung up.

I guess I don't any choice. It makes me happy though, her parents like me much than Jake. I guess that's a different kind of fulfillment.

I couldn't bear it anymore. Georgina's been staying with Jake for a long time. Maybe she had to break-up.

"You called her parents?" Isabel asked me. "She was picked up by Reginald and Giselle earlier."

"I guess they are the best people she needs to talk to." I replied. I felt drained though I wasn't the victim at these things.

"We should grab a drink or two." Trevor told me as he approached. "Draining eh?"

I nodded in response.

"Georgina needs space." Trevor said. "I---"

"I really wanted to become the love guru here, but you seem to know a lot." Steven protested to Trevor.

"I knew better." He turned to me. "I knew you loved her, since."

Spring break would be coming.  I should give it to her. The space, the time, the peace of mind. Just not me or Jake. I'll shoo Jake away as much as possible for her.
