As the Cyclonian Armada tightened it's grip on Atmosia, Aerrow was quick to realize that they were here in search for Aerrow for the theft of Captain Arygyn's journal. As hours passed, Aerrow looked around the occupied island for a way out. The only way in and out of Atmosia was through the blockade.

Aerrow: Shit. That blockade is gonna cause problems.

Aerrow knew that getting through the fleet was not going to be easy. He knew Dark Ace would not let any ship leave without a fight. After scouting the blockade, Aerrow met up with the Council of Captains back in the estate to discuss the blockade.

Harrier: Aerrow. What did you see?

Aerrow: That blockade is no joke. They got the whole island on lockdown.

Suzy Lu: We can see that, Aerrow. The real question is how do we get out?

Carver: Perhaps it would be wise to accept Dark Ace's offer. We are in no position to negotiate.

Suzy Lu: Are you really going to trust Dark Ace, Carver? Do you not know his reputation? He's a cutthroat and a murderer. He'll raze the island and see us swing from the gallows!

Carver: And we don't accept the pardons, we'll swing from the gallows and this whole godforsaken island will be razed to the ground! All we have to do is listen to his terms and we'll all survive this!

As Suzy Lu and Carver made their opinions known, Harrier himself knew the gravity of the situation. He knew of Dark Ace's reputation as a brutal commander who leaves few survivors.

Harrier: Aerrow, what are your thoughts on this?

Aerrow: Taking those pardons might as well be selling your souls to the devil. I need to get me and my crew out of here.

Harrier: I think most of us share that line of thought. But you yourself said that the blockade has the entire island on lockdown.

Suzy Lu: Not to mention that they're under orders to sink any ship that tries to leave.

Aerrow: You're right. That blockade will cause problems. While I was looking around, I noticed that the Cyclonians were bringing some supplies ashore. Now if we nick some gunpowder and pine pitch, we can build a fire ship and send it straight to the blockade, blasting it to smithereens.

Upon hearing Aerrow's proposal, the Council was split.

Carver: It's too risky, Aerrow. The Cyclonians will sink any ship that even tries to approach them. Not only that, but we'd risk angering Dark Ace and bring his wrath on us all!

Suzy Lu: Not if we use a ship big enough to take the punishment. We'll need a Galleon for a task like this.

Harrier: Aye. I have an old Galleon in my fleet. She's on her last legs. I'd say she's got one good voyage left in her.

Aerrow: Then all we need is to get the gunpowder and pine pitch. We'll need a lot of it if we're going to pull this off. We'll need to work together on this. If we raise too much noise, all the gunpowder and pine pitch in the world won't mean a damn thing.

Carver: And how do you suggest we pull this off, Edwards. It seems we have a problem trying to keep quiet. Stealing supplies from the Cyclonians won't be easy.

Aerrow could tell that Carver had his doubts about the plan. Aerrow didn't blame him. Carver was always the cautious one in the Council.

Aerrow: We'll get our crews to steal from them under the cover of darkness. We'll all give the orders to not get too rowdy. If we're going to get out of here, then we're going to need the element of surprise. Now I fully understand that the current circumstances are far from ideal, but we're all used to that. In light of these circumstances, I'm asking that we all work together.

As Aerrow appealed to the Council, the Council took a moment to think on Aerrow's plan. Aerrow's plan was a mad one with a multitude of risks involved.

Suzy Lu: I'm with you, Edwards. I joined this life because it gave me a free life. I'll be damned if I'm reduced to a servant on board a Cyclonian Frigate.

Carver: This plan is mad. It puts us all in unnecessary risk. But if Captain Harrier trusts you, then I will stand by you.

As Suzy Lu and Carver made their decision, Aerrow turned to Harrier.

Aerrow: What say you, Gentleman Pirate? We've been on some bountiful voyages together. Will you stand with me now?

Harrier: Considering it's my Galleon we're using as your fire ship, I'm under obligations to side with you. Even if that weren't the case, I cannot on good conscience allow you to face off against the Cyclonian Armada by yourself. Consider me in for you mad scheme.

Aerrow: You honor me, Captain Harrier. Now then, Council of Captains. Let's go build ourselves a fire ship and pursue our life of freedom!

In that moment, Aerrow managed to convince the Council of Captains to join him in his plan to break through the Cyclonian blockade. As Aerrow put his plan in motion, he would gather his crew and work with the other pirates to gather the gunpowder and pine pitch needed to build a fire ship that would blow a hole through the Cyclonian blockade and allow them to escape. But executing this plan would be far from easy.
