After crippling the Colonel's ship, the crew of both the Condor and the Rex Guardian boarded the Colonel's ship.

Aerrow: All right, boys! Let em have it!

The pirates roared as they began swarming the upper decks. The Cyclonian crew attempt to mount a defense, but the vast numbers of the pirates quickly overpowered them.

Harrier: Rush them, boys!

As the pirates fought the Cyclonians, Piper searched the ship for the Colonel. She killed any Cyclonian that came in her way. Soon enough, she was face to face with the Colonel in the Captain's Quarters.

Piper: The Colonel....

Colonel: Who the hell are you?!

Piper: You really don't recognize me? You and your band of murderers raided my home and slaughtered my family like they were dogs!

Piper then reached for her Cutlass and began to attack the Colonel. The two were locked in a deadly swordfight. As they clashed swords, Piper unleashed her anger upon the Cyclonian captain.

Piper: I was only a little girl when you slaughtered my family! You may have forgotten my face, but I will never forget yours! I dedicated my life to hunting you down and kill you like the dog you are!

During the fight, the Colonel slashes a Piper's arm, causing her to drop her sword. The Colonel then aims his sword towards Piper's throat.

Colonel: You have an overdeveloped sense of vengeance, girl. It's going to get you into trouble.

Piper: N...no! Not this time!

Piper then pulls out a Flinklock Pistol and shoots the Colonel in his jaw. As the bullet rips through his jaw, the Colonel cries out in pain as he rushes outside while clutching his jaw. Piper slowly followed him as the Colonel ran outside only to find his entire crew being rounded up by the pirates of the Condor and the Rex Guardian. As all eyes set on the Colonel, a group of pirates began to berate the wounded Colonel.

Pirate #1: Look at em go, boys! What's the matter, mate?! Cat got your tongue!

Pirate #2: Looks like he's been having a rough day!

Pirate #3: It's about to get much worse for that one if I say so myself!

As the pirates began to roughhouse the Colonel, Aerrow stepped in.

Aerrow: HEY!

As Aerrow shouted to the pirates, they stopped and backed away from the Colonel. As the Colonel locks eyes with Aerrow, he pulls out a Flintlock pistol and attempts to shoot Aerrow, but the gun misfires.

Aerrow: Whatever justice comes for him will not be from us. That honor belongs to Miss Escuella.

The pirates back away as Piper approaches the Colonel with anger and hatred in her eyes. Out of desperation, the Colonel pulls out another Flintlock Pistol and attempts to shoot Piper, but misfires. Piper then punches the Colonel with enough force to send him to the ground.

Piper: There is no escaping from justice now, Colonel. I've hunted for your hide the moment I was old enough to sail the seas. Now I have you here in my grasp.

Piper then grabs the Colonel and throws him aside. She then drags the Colonel to the edge of the ship. She takes a dagger from her boot and stabs him in the eyes. The Colonel cries out in pain as Piper pulls out a Flintlock Pistol and aims it right at the Colonel's head. She could see the fear in his eye as he dropped to his knees and attempts to be for mercy.

Piper: Mi nombre es Piper Escuella. Asesinaste a mi familia. ¡Que te pudras en el infierno, bastardo!

Without hesitation, Piper shoots the Colonel in the head with her Flintlock Pistol. The Colonel's body the falls overboard. She looks down as the Colonel's body began to sink into the sea. As Piper walked away, Aerrow turned to his crew.

Aerrow: Strip down everything that isn't nailed down and I do mean everything! But remember our priority is medicine! Everything else comes second!

As the pirates began looting the ship, Aerrow walks over to Piper.

Aerrow: Well, Miss Escuella? Did you get what you were looking for?

Piper: Yes. The bastard is dead. That is all that matters to me. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be in my quarters.

Without saying another word, Piper departed from the Cyclonian ship and made her way to her quarters. Aerrow then turns to the captured Cyclonians.

Aerrow: Today's your lucky day, lads! Captain Harrier and I are in need of good men on our respective crews! Here's a deal I will offer you. Join our crews and you'll know a life worth living! You'll all be payed better coin than what the Cyclonis is pay you, that I promise! So what do you say, lads? Will you join us?

Left with no other choice, the surviving members of the Colonel's crew joined up with the pirates. Half had joined with Harrier while the rest joined with Aerrow. After that, the pirates had looted everything they could from the Colonel's ship. They had looted crates of food, medicine and supplies. This raid proved to be very successful on a multitude of levels. They had gotten the medicine they desperately needed for the pirate haven of Atmosia as well as extra supplies. For Piper, she had finally succeeded in her long hunt for the Colonel. She had killed him and avenged her family. For the Storm Hawks, this was merely the beginning for their tenure as pirates of the High Seas.
