After a half day voyage, the Condor and the Rex Guardian reached the area where the Condor was retrieved. As they did, Harrier prepared the diving bell as Aerrow with Radarr on his shoulders and Piper boarded the Rex Guardian and met with Captain Harrier.
Harrier: This diving bell should get you to the depths you need to go. Are you sure about this, Aerrow? The depths hold many unseen dangers.
Aerrow: I'm sure I'll survive this little swim, Captain.
Piper: Do you really think you'll find medicine in these depths?
Aerrow: I hope so, Ms Escuela. It's our best option to lay low.
Harrier: I'll have my men throw barrels overboard so you'll have pockets of air to breathe.
Aerrow: Don't waste perfectly good rum on my account.
Aerrow chuckled as he took his shirt off. Piper couldn't help but blush. Aerrow then hands Piper the holsters that carried his many pistols. He then gave Harrier his sword.
Aerrow: Keep these safe.
Harrier: I should warn you, sharks might be roaming around. Don't take them lightly.
Aerrow: I've had my dealings with sharks believe it or not.
After that exchange of banter, Aerrow turned to Piper.
Piper: Are you sure about this, Captain? This could be dangerous.
Aerrow: I trust that Harrier's diving bell won't let me down. Keep an eye on the Condor and the crew, Ms Escuela. I leave you in charge until my return.
Piper: Aye, Captain Edwards. Be careful.
Aerrow smirked as he turned to Radarr and scratched his head.
Aerrow: I'll be back, mate.
Aerrow then jumped overboard got under the diving bell as Harrier and his crew began to lower it. The diving bell soon reached the depths which the Cyclonian fleet sank. Aerrow exited the diving bell and looked around while holding his breath.
Aerrow: (Let's see what the Cyclonians have to offer.)
Aerrow began swimming through the wreckages of the Cyclonian ships in search for the medicine. Ah he does, Aerrow spots sharks nearby.
Aerrow: (Damn sharks.... better keep my distance.)
Aerrow took care to not get near the sharks as he continued to search the Cyclonian ships. He soon came across a chest in the Captain's quarters. It was trapped beneath a large wooden beam.
Aerrow: (The medicine has to be in that chest!)
Aerrow moves to move the wooden beam in order to gain access to the chest. When he does, he finds a bottle of medicine as well as a book. He grabs both the bottle and the book. As he swims his way to the diving bell, one of the sharks locks eyes with Aerrow and begins to chase him. Aerrow was barely able to get inside the diving bell and signal Harrier to pull him up. As the diving bell reaches the surface, Aerrow soon climbs up to the deck of the Rex Guardian.
Harrier: Ahoy, Edwards! Did you find any medicine?
Aerrow: I found one crate hidden beneath a school of sharks. Sadly, the elixir inside....
Aerrow then opens up the bottle and pours the medicine onto the decks, revealing that it had been spoiled. Harrier became even more concerned.
Harrier: Damn it all.
Aerrow: I also found a ledger. It looks to be in good shape.
Aerrow then hands Harrier the book. Despite the book being soaking wet, he was able to read it without much difficulty. As Harrier looks through the book, a smile grows on his face.
Harrier: It seems we have been most blessed, my boy. This book you found is more valuable than any crate of medicines.
Aerrow: What is it?
Harrier: This book contains financial recordings from Admiral Cyclonis herself. She's been sending supplies all over the Caribbean. There's a warehouse loaded with goods down on Zartacla. It's isolated enough for us to sneak in and rob the place blind.
Piper: I've heard stories about Zartacla. It's run by a Warden named Moss who runs a sugar plantation and treats his slaves worse than dogs.
Aerrow: Such men would make fine pirates for both our crews. Wouldn't you say, Captain Harrier?
Harrier: Aye. Zartacla just might be our best shot. Though I hear that Warden Moss will be dealing with a man they call the Colonel.
Upon hearing the Colonel's name being mentioned, Piper grew silent as she turned to Harrier.
Piper: Are you sure?
Harrier: Aye. It's no secret that the Colonel goes to Zartacla to buy goods and slaves off of Warden Moss. We best plan ahead if we still wish to lay low.
Piper: This is our chance to kill the Colonel! How many pirates and innocents has this pig butchered?! He must die!
Upon hearing this, Aerrow and Harrier became intrigued by Piper's sudden aggression. Though Aerrow knew of her desire to kill the Colonel, he also knew that this was a complicated situation with delicate repercussions.
Aerrow: If Zartacla has the goods we need, then we need to make haste.
Harrier: Aye. Head back to your ship, Aerrow. We leave for Zartacla immediately.
As Aerrow and Piper left the Rex Guardian, Piper turned to Aerrow.
Piper: What about the Colonel?
Aerrow: We'll see what happens, Ms Escuella. If we see an opportunity to take him, then we'll take it. Our priorities are the medicine.
For now, Piper would have to be content with Aerrow's response. With that, the Condor and the Rex Guardian set a course for Zartacla to find and steal the medicines to ease the pain of the Pirate haven of Atmosia.
