Forest of Death

It was late into the night in the Forest of Death. Naruto was hiding his teammates plus himself under a big tree (A/n:basically where Sakura was hiding when him and Sasuke were unconscious). Naruto could easily carry his team to the tower if he really wanted to, but he rather them be able to move themselves. Besides, he didn't want his competition to know how strong he is before the final phase the exams.

It was alittle pass midnight and Sakura was starting to wake up. She remembers the last thing that happened and jumped to her feet in a defensive stance looking around.

Sakura: NARUTO!!!! THANK GOODNESS YOU'RE ALRIGHT!!!

Naruto: Not so loud Sakura, we're still in the forest of Death.

Sakura: * Observes her surrounding* Sorry about that....  What happened with that creepy grass nin?

Naruto: Reinforcement chase them off...

Sakura: I see..... *Eyes Sasuke who's still unconscious* How's Sasuke condition???

Naruto: I've only have alittle knowledge in the medical field but he may or may not wake up til morning.... Anyway, eat this to get some of your strength back.

Sakura catches a apple Naruto tossed to her. She accepts it and eats it. Naruto wanted to address the issue that's been on his mind.

Naruto: Sakura, I appreciate you protecting me when that snake nearly bit me. But please don't put yourself in danger like that again. The proctor had to remove the poison from you quickly before it spreads.

Sakura: Sorry, but to be honest it was better you then me. Sasuke was already out of commission and between me and you, you're stronger.  If that Shinobi would had took you out, I'm not going to lie but my chances of survival was extremely slim.

Naruto: Honestly I don't think that grass nin would had killed you... They only came at me cause I kept interfering... If you think about what was the grass nin talking about when they approached us.

Sakura: * thinks for a moment* Wait they came directly to challenge Sasuke...

Naruto: Exactly....

Sakura: And they definitely didn't fight like a Genin I seen.....

Naruto: Yea....... On second thought I better wake Teme up early. Just in case another team try and get the jump on us.

Sakura: I don't know, he seems completely out cold.

Naruto:*Got an idea*

Sakura:( Oh no, he's in his prankster mode....)

Naruto: Watch this.* Walks towards Sasuke body and crouch down by him and smirks* Hey Sasuke, since we accidentally kiss back in the academy, how about I give you another one so we can be a couple? Pucker up.

And out of nowhere Sasuke set up and gave Naruto a death glare.

Sasuke: I'll kill you if you try that again...

Naruto: I knew that'll wake you up....

Sasuke: * looks around how long was i out???

Naruto:Give or take 8 hours.

Sakura: How are you feeling?

Sasuke: Besides my neck hurting like hell, I'm fine. But my chakra feels a little off.

Naruto:  when he bit you he put some kind of mark on you. Hopefully it won't hinder you.

Sasuke: So what's the plan???
