A Taste of Revenge?

Naruto had walk over to Omoi to check up on him. He out a dark green seal tag on Omoi and after a few seconds, his body was healing half of the injuries he received.

All other participates and spectators were surprised he had a seal like that.  In The case of the Shinobi, fuinJutsu is slowly becoming an absolute art if it isn't already due to flashier ninjutsus.
In the case of the civilians, The only know the 4th Hokage being an expert on seals( They probably don't acknowledge Jiraiya cause he's a perv lol) the Kages in the booth were surprised and worried.

A: I must say, that wind crusher of his is impressive. And he said it was level 1, I wonder how many levels of that Justu he has??? He'll make an excellent sparring partner.

Hiruzen:  Naruto-kun is full of surprises. If you issued a challenge i doubt he'll turn it down.

Kazekage:( this boy. Is a hidden prodigy. The info Kabuto gathered is clearly outdated. Or this boy hid his skills from his peers and instructors. He must be eliminated. )

With Naruto

Naruto: Hey Omoi, maybe sometimes we can spar with each other?

Omoi: If our respective village can get an alliance it may be possible. We just have to wait and see. Hopefully we won't be enemies...looks like it's my Teammate turn to fight. Your comrade Is looking eager.* Looking at Neji*.

Naruto: Well the thing with neji is....

Omoi: You don't have to explain. My village past leaders didn't exactly "form" a peace treaty between our villages so many years ago,even though they were supposed to. They made the overall village come off as untrustworthy to the Shinobi world. So i have an idea why he behaving like that.

Naruto: well let's hope for the best.

With Neji and Heiya

As both competitors are gettig set, Genma can tell Neji is holding on grudge towards his opponent but he knew why. He just hope Neji doesn't do anything that could lead to war.

Genma: Are you both ready???

Both Neii and Heiya nod while still keeping focus on on another.

Genma: Begin!!!!!

Heiya jump back and drew her twin sai's and block a palm strike from Neji as he closed the distance very quickly. His Byakugan is already activated meaning he must had done it while charging at her. Heiya trying to use her lightning stream on Neji, however he already figured it out and kept pressure on  her, which ultimately preventing her from using  that jutsu. Heiya decided to rely on her Kenjutsu and counter Neji. But this too seem to not work since neji was countering her with a kunai which seem to come out of no where .

Heiya: ( He's faster than I anticipated!!!)

Neji:(So far she managed to avoid getting her Chakra point shut down.)

Heiya decided to talk with neji while they're dtill fighting in close quarters exchange and strikes.

Heiya: The Hyuga that gavevup there life 7 years ago, who was he to you uncle, cousin, or father Maybe???

Neji heard what she said while still trying to strike her mid section. But he did answer her.

Neji: He was my father....

Heiya:....... Im sorry.

Neji: for what??? * Avoid being stab*

Heiya: The Cloud nin that was responsible for that kidnapping attempt... Im ashamed to say was my father...* Waiting for Neji reaction*
