Your POV

We trudged through the forest Draco clinging to my hand. "Do you have any idea where he's taking us?" Ron asked from the back and I shook my head. "Hagrid?" I called as I climbed over a tree stump. "Why can't you just tell us?" Hagrid didn't say anything as he stopped in a small area surrounded by large trees. He looked around and I heard battle cries as the centaurs galloped passed us.

"Ive never seen the centaurs so boiled!" Hagrid sounded alarmed which gave me a feeling of unease. "They're dangerous at the best of times." Hagrid informed causing Draco's grip to tighten slightly. "If the ministry restricts their territory anymore-" "they'll have a full uprising to deal with." Gabbie finished and Hagrid nodded.

"Hagrid what's going on?" Hermione asked through forced calmness. "I'm sorry to be so mysterious you five," he gave us a small smile as and I stopped him. "Five? Do you mean Gabbie knows?" He ignored me and went on. " I wouldn't be bothering you at all with it, but with Dumbledore gone i-I'll be getting a sack any day now."

My eyes began to water as Hagrids voice broke. "Gabbie and I just couldn't leave without telling someone about him!" I looked at Gabbie and she looked rather upset. Hogwarts wouldn't be the same without the two of them. Suddenly we heard a loud bit of rustling a few feet in front of us as a large figure turned around. "Grawpie!"

Hagrid said with a smile and I let out a audible gasp. The giant stood at about sixteen feet tall, with grey skin and brown-green eyes. His hair was the color of soil and looked like a mound of land. "Down here you great bafoon!" Hagrid called out as the giant took a few steps forward forcing me to push my friends back.

The giant smashed a bug right above my head causing the six of us to duck. As we slowly stood Hagrid let out a sigh of relief. "Grawpie! I've brought you some company!" The giant smiled down at us before beginning to run towards us. I grabbed Harry's hand as we all ran backwards watching the giant chase us before it was forced to stop.

We were breathing deeply as Grawpie tugged slightly at the rope tying him to the tree." I couldn't just leave him because well, he's my brother." "Blimey!" Ron cried and I examined the giant before releasing both Harry and Dracos hands. "Crystal..." Harry warned as I took one step forward. "Well half brother really." Hagrid corrected as he joined our side.

Grawp bent down in our faces causing Draco to pull me back. Grawp picked both Hermione and I of us up causing Hermione to let out a high pitched scream. "Hagrid do something!" Ron demanded as Harry held Draco back. "Grawp we've talked about this it's not nice to grab is it?" I watched as Ron picked up a large stick and hit grawps leg with it.

Grawp kicked Ron away with his toe as Hagrid continued. "Those are your new friends Hermione," he pointed at Hermione and then to me, "and Crystal." Ron picked himself off the floor, "Grawp!" I yelled and he held Hermione and I in his face." I held out a stern finger and Hermione did the same.

"Put us down." She said sternly and I nodded. "Now." Grawp hesitated before setting us both down and before I could even move Draco had engulfed me in a tight hug. "Are you okay?" He asked frantically as he held my face in his hands. I nodded, "yes I'm fine. He just needs a little discipline." He kissed me and I smiled as we joined the group and Ron was checking on Hermione.

Harry watched the giant, "I think you two have an admirer."I looked back at Grawp who now held the handlebars of a bike. He rung the bell before handing it to me. I hesitated before ringing the bell. Grawp smiled a bit and looked expectantly at Hermione I passed the handlebars to her and she rung the bell. Hagrid smiled with an arm around his daughter.

"He gets his own food and all, It's company he will need when I'm gone." Grawp sat down ringing the bell over and over again. "You will look after him? Won't you?" Hagrid asked and I looked at Hermione who smiled a bit. "Gabbie and I are the only family he's got." Harry nodded. "Of course we will Hagrid."

A memory of me as a baby in my mothers arms as my father stood holding us protectively flashed through my mind and Snape appeared in front of me. "Feeling sentimental Black?" I fought against his spell and was suddenly back in his office. "That's private." I said in between deep breaths. "Not to me. Not to the dark lord if you don't improve."
