Danileigh smiled as she stirred in her sleep. This is prolly the best sleep she has had in months! And ofcourse it came with the nicest dream. She stretched with her eyes closed grabbing the sheets between her fingers and then she froze

Something didn't seem right

Slowly opening her eyes to adjust to the light in the modern room, she noticed the sheets were gray instead of her purple with white pokadot sheets

Did Lexi change her sheets last night?

Danileigh sniffles a yawn and she took in her surrounding, her eyes widen as the events of the previous night came rushing in. Quickly discarding the duvet she walked towards the bathroom of the small room searching for Seth, she didn't know how to act now they've both done the deed and she silently hoped he had left even if it left a tiny pang of ache in her chest. It was just a one nightstand afterall

Danileigh breathes as soon as she found out she was all alone, quickly scruffing around for her clothings she noticed a note next to were she slept. Dropping her clothes on the sheets she picked up the note and read it

Hey danileigh,
I'm sorry I couldn't be here when you wake up, I know we both agreed on a one nighstand but I didn't want to seem like a hit and run kinda guy sooo no I didn't abandon you at the dusk of dawn or shit like that, I actually had a very important meeting to attend so I had to leave early. Even tho we might not meet again thanks for last night and have a safe delivery.

Danileigh could feel a smile creeping on her face, at least he didn't just leave like she was a cheap slut or something. Stuffing the note into her clutch and quickly getting dressed in her almost destroyed dress, danileigh noticed she didn't feel guilty about what happened last night, she actually felt giddy and happy but it all faded the second she picked her phone to glance at the time and saw a whole lot of missed calls and voicemails from her bestfriend

Shit! She forgot about Lexi!!!

Danileigh made a mad dash out of the room and into the main club, she bit her lips as she became conscious of her hair, she could imagine the bird nest resting at the very top of her head and her makeup all smudged and ugly looking. She cringed to herself and really tried raking her fingers through her hair but the stubborn nest wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.

She internally groan and gave up her fruitless attempt

Not like she wasn't in a sex club anyways

She looked round the club silently hoping and praying really hard that she wouldn't sight Lexi, she wasn't sure her best friend will be on board with what she had done. The club looked like it wasn't even daytime yet, the whole place bubbling with drinks, music, hookers and strippers alike. Walking in here will seem like it's nightfall already and the city is currently at it's sin hour, not sighting her bestfriend anywhere danileigh creeped towards the exit and almost made it till she bumped into a man maybe in his mid 40's sporting a tailored suit, his childish strawberry hair was sleeked to the back but nothing else seem childish about him tho

He quickly scanned her appearance,his eyes lingering on her baby bump before smiling at her showing a nice set of pearly white teeth

"Hello, Mrs Danileigh, I'm Mark ordered by Mr Seth to take you home"

Danileigh felt a little relieved, at least she wouldn't have to hail a cab all by herself, she smiled back at him

"Thank you Mark, you have no idea how much relieving this is"
