She looked around taking in her environment, the major part of the restaurant seemed high class with a gold and red theme, it suit perfectly for rich snorty asses sipping their champagne and talking business shit but danileigh noticed towards the bar was more modern, like where high school kids could come hang and order a bottle of beer or pizza

She had to say, the owner of this establishment really thought this one through. Danileigh also noticed the bar was almost parked already so sighting an booth at the far end, lurking in the dark but gives a perfect view of the whole place she thought it was the perfect spot as she practically dashed towards it thankful for the fact it was empty

Good! That means she can spy and bitch about people while stuffing her face with gummy bears, just perfect!

Danileigh wished she could go get a drink for herself, but quickly dismissed the idea once she saw a lady eyeing her booth with her friends behind her, giving her the stink eye danileigh sat her ass down on the soft leather

Danileigh sigh into the first bite. She could never get over the taste of them, they tasted heavenly! She quickly got into action watching as an older man not less than 50 walked in with a beautiful woman prolly a little bit older than she is. They exchanged pleasantries with another couple nearby before walking towards a table meant for four...

Danileigh couldn't help but notice gray guy was too cozy with sexy nerd's date and she shamefully did nothing but lead the gray guy on as her dearest date tried to make a conversation with gray man

Mr hot cake looked amused really than offended, he folded his arms over his biceps sliding opposite danileigh

He had one of those dimples smile again and danileigh could swear she heard her baby kick

Seth noticed her pack of gummy bears and couldn't help laughing for the second time that night

"Really? Jesus woman what are you doing with a pack of Gummy bears in a bar? What are you, some weirdo?"

Danileigh cheeks turned pink as she bit her lip, she totally forgot it was a weird shit eating gummy bears in a bar

"I had a bit of an issue"

Seth didn't bother asking anymore questions as he signaled for a waiter and he ran towards Seth like his life depended on it

Wait... Waiter! Where did he come from?

Oh shit! Here comes the hard part Seth will prolly question why she isn't ordering something strong like others do as usual, danileigh bit her lower lip tucking a single strand back into her bun

"Just ice tea will be nice"

She smiled at the waiter as he left, she could feel Seth's eyes on her but she busied herself with her pack of gummy bears

"Ice tea? Really?? You really keep irking me out woman"

He laughed, God she could swear that's her best sound. Trying to shrug it off like it's nothing danileigh decided to tell him, at least he will still find out eventually

"Taking alcohol hurts the baby"

Seth's eyes immediately widen as he eyes her body. How could he be so stupid not to notice!

Danileigh held a hand up, she was tired of people apologing for nothing especially after finding she is expecting a baby. It's just a baby fucking move on people!!!!

Danileigh was glad for the interruption even if it was by the waiter, she tried paying him but he turned it down

He winked as he walked away, Seth chuckled

"Seems like you got yourself some hot gig over there"

Danileigh snort and took a sip of her iced tea

"He won't be interested the second he finds out I'm expecting, and besides I dont think I'm opened for that kind of shit"

Danileigh laughed but it sounded strained, Even gray man and the cheating hoe wasn't so entertaining anymore

"Hey, I heard dancing helps relieving the stress"

Danileigh didn't know if it was the attraction or the grin on his face but the next thing she knew she was holding hands with Seth heading underground

I'm super tried and sleepy, standing in a vet hospital for more than 2 hours a day for a week is really stressful and draining🤧 I know I said I wouldn't stop updating but didn't have the strength to update. Altho I'm almost done at the vet so I'll be making up for the lost time
