Nathalie, knowing she had caught his attention, said, "You know Marinette Dupain-Cheng don't you?"

Nobody's POV

Chat picked up Marinette bridal style, and took her out of school. The wind tickled Marinette's bangs and Chat's golden locks of hair.

Marinette giggled,  "So... why did you need to borrow me?"

"No reason Princess. Just couldn't resist seeing you~"

Marinette blushed at his words.

"So... where are we going..?"

Chat smirked and brought her to a rooftop.  It was covered in red rose petals and fluffy blankets. In the middle of the roof was a cardboard box with a whole cut out of it.  A white light was filtering out of it as it was shining on the wall.

The rooftop Chat had chosen was a bit dark and secluded to make sure no one would see them in broad daylight.

"I know I can't take you on a date to an actual, movie theatre but..." He trailed off sheepishly.

She gasped.  The box was a projector and-

"I just thought since the first time I came into your room- we've been watching movies.  And... I felt bad that I couldn't take you on dates or... you know be a proper..."

"Boyfriend?" She finished.

Chat blushed at the words. "Boyfriend." Shit.  He had never heard those words come out of her mouth.

"Yeah... a proper boyfriend." He laughed.

"Chat Noir... this-this is amazing!"

"I'm glad you like it he scratched his head.  I had to stay up all night making it."

Marinette felt her heart soar.  She couldn't have been more happy at this moment if she tried.

They sat down on the roof pavement cocooning themselves in the soft blankets Chat had provided.

The rested on each other's bodies.  There breathe in sync as the movies started rolling.  The day turned to night, but both were two focused on the movie and each other to notice.  Every noise or slight movement made each of their heart's flutter.

Looking up at the scattered stars and the midnight skyline they sighed contentedly.  There bodies were still snuggled together as they were rambling about their futures.

Marinette had told him about how she had wanted to go into fashion and make it into a career.  Chat listened to her, adoringly, she was just so precious.

Realising how late it was getting Chat told Marinette that he would take her home and pack up all this stuff.  Marinette nodded.

As they were standing up Chat felt his knees buckle and fell onto the ground.  Marinette rushed to his aide making sure he was okay.

She knew something was wrong.

'What the hell is going on with me?!' He thought to himself.

"Chaton?" Marinette questioned concerned.

"I'm fine. I just- I'm just not feeling that great." Chat said trying to stand up again but failing miserably.

Marinette hugged him.

"Y-you can't travel like this Chat."

"I know, but I'll- I'll be fine." Chat said.  He wasn't sure if he was trying to convince her or himself, either way Marinette didn't believe him.

Marinette knelt down peering at him, obviously concerned.

Bringing him to face her, she looked over at her bakery that was a couple of blocks away.

"D-do you wanna stay the night at my place?"

"What?"
