You sat on Danny's couch as Mingi yelled at you.

"I could've been eating some Cheetos and watching The Bachelor, but no. I'm taking care of you so you won't do some stupid sh*t!"

"I never asked you to take care of me." You said crossing your arms.

"And I never told you to speak. I'm talking here." He said, looking at you with his crossed arms. "I love you so much, Y/n. I love you so much, but you are only 21. You have a whole life to live."

"You're only 23," You said with a confused look.

"Well, I'm not getting any younger." He said rolling his eyes, throwing his hands in the air. He sat down next to you and hugged you. "I know that you've been hurting and you keep hiding it because you don't want to be a burden, but Y/n, this is not going to work."

"Yes it will, I'm okay. I'm serious." You said, pulling away from his hug. He sighed, looking at you with sadness in his eyes.

"I love you, if anyone hasn't told you today, I will." He said, cupping your cheeks.

You laughed, having a teardrop fall from your face. "That's the third time you said that to me."

"Then I'll say it again. I love you." He smiled, kissing your forehead. You giggled again, wiping your tears. Gosh, I hate when he gets mossy on me.

"How was your day today?" He said, dusting off your shoulders.

"Nothing much. Just, hanging out with a friend." You said, smiling at Mingi.

"I saw the news today, give me a high for that roast. Goddamn, I was not expecting that." He said, raising his hand. You gave him a high five and you curled up your fingers with his.

"You guys seem pretty close," Danny said, sipping his drink from the corner of the room. He changed his outfit, blue jeans and a hoodie with black shoes.

"Ooo, girl. You said that's your friend?" He said, giving you a wink. You blushed a little as Danny took another sip of his drink.

"Yes, we are friends. Nothing more, nothing less." He said, looking at his cup.

"Girl, if I wasn't dating Darius I would date that hunk of chuck right there," Mingi said, pointing at Danny as he hit your shoulder playfully. Danny blushed, covering it with his hand.

"Aw look, Mingi. Now you made the baby blush." You said, laughing at Danny's expression.

"Wait, so you're not dating him?" Danny asked, looking at you and Mingi.

"No, he has a boyfriend." You said, grabbing onto Mingi's wrist and held it up in the air. "See, he has a tattoo saying 'gay 4 life'. You don't see that every day."

You laughed, covering your smile with your hand.

"Wait, were you jealous of me?" Mingi said, placing his hand on his chest.

"I- uh-"

"Mingi, leave the poor boy alone." You said, shaking your head.

"He was jealous! Oh my god, Y/n, he's a keeper." Mingi poked.

"Can you stop with the jokes! I told you, we're just friends."

"With benefits," Mingi mumbled.

"Are you supposed to have a date with Darius or something? I think you should leave." You said, pulling Mingi out of his seat and walking him to the door.

"Oh alright, I love you. Stay safe, bb." You opened the door as Mingi kissed your forehead and walked away. You close the door and sighed in relief.

"I'm so sorry about him, he's a little..."

"Friendly?" Danny responded. You chuckled, giving him a small smile. He looks outside, seeing the snowfall in the dark valley. "It's late, how about you stay here for the night."

"Oh, I couldn't. I don't want to be-"

"I don't mind taking care of another human." He said, smiling at you. He walked over to you, lifting your head gently. "You're so beautiful."

You could feel the blush glide across your face as he looks into your eyes. What is he doing?

"D-Danny?"

"Yes?"

"Are you okay? Do you want me to get a doctor?" You asked, stumbling on your words.

"Nope, I'm just fine darling. Just admiring your beauty." He smiled. You were shocked at his words; you placed your hands on your face, covering your smile and blush. You just wanted to melt right there.

"Come on, darling. You sleep in my bed and I'll sleep on the couch." Danny said. You looked at Danny, denying his offer.

"No! That's your bed! I'm not taking your bed. I'll take the couch."

"Well, I wouldn't be a good gentleman if I let a beautiful woman like you sleep on my couch." He said, winking at you. You crossed your arms, looking at him intensely. "No."

"Either I sleep on the couch or sleep with you." He said, looking frustrated.

"Then we're sleeping together."

"What!?"
