Tony opened his eyes with difficulty. He still felt tired, it looked like a train had passed over him at night. He closed his eyes tightly and grunted, not wanting to get up. Not now. He would be in bed for just a few more minutes.

Tony looked out the window. It was clear. The sun had just risen. He wanted to see what time it was, but he didn't want to ask Friday. He listened to the city waking up for a while, then closed his eyes again. A few moments of peace, where he wasn't hunted by monsters under the bed.

However, the moment was over the instant his thoughts landed on Hope, wondering if the girl was already awake. He wanted to keep an eye on her, so he couldn't afford to stay in bed any longer. Tony got up, stretched a little.

"Good morning, boss!" FRIDAY greeted the moment he was up. "Would you like something?"

"Morning, Fri. What time is it?" He asked.

"6:30 am, sir." Early.

"How was Hope's night?"

"It seems like she was under some distress for some time, boss" FRIDAY answered, almost cautiously.

Tony stopped. "What do you mean?"

"She cried for a long time before finally drifting off, and appears not like the dark."

Tony thought about that for a moment. It was somehow expected... right? The girl went through hell and back, clearly suffering from traumas. Tony guessed it was a normal response, he only didn't know what he could do about it.

"Alright. Keep me updated, FRI."

When he was properly dressed, Tony took out his starkphone and looked at his email box, discussing with FRIDAY some Stark Industries issues, answering some emails quickly, only then leaving the room to check on Hope.
