School had just begun again, and Dean still hadn't said a single word to Cas about what had happened at the party. He didn't want to. Crowley had hit on him. Crowley. Not in a million years would he had suspected Crowley, out of all people, would be flirting with him. He was straight to... well, everyone's knowledge, but then again, he was drunk, so maybe that had something to do with it...

But now was not the time to think about it, he was in class, he should be trying to pay attention not wondering about his unpleasant encounter, but Crowley tried to get Dean to cheat, well, that's what he assumed at least, it really did seem like it, but Cas hadn't mentioned the party, so maybe it was just a dream? It couldn't have been though, it was to vivid of a memory to be one, so was Crowley really hitting on him, or was that just how he interpreted it? It remained a mystery.

Meanwhile, Cas was still wondering why there was all of the attention surrounding one side of the room and Dean was pulled back to him by Benny at the party, what could've possibly happened? Would Dean actually explain it like he promised, or just continue to put it off?

Both of them should've been paying attention, but there was so many questions that were running through their heads it was basically impossible.

Football season was now over, so Dean would wait for Cas in the parking lot while he finished up his classes, Dean would blast music at this time, occasionally he would put on the radio, hoping to find a new good song, but all it ever really played was new-age pop, so it would be turned off and Dean would pop a cassette tape into the slot and listen to his 80's rock. That was his favorite kind of music, anything after 1990 just wasn't for him, and Cas was happy with anything, which came as a huge relief, seeing as most people their age didn't enjoy that kind of stuff.

Dean was pulled away from his thoughts as the passenger side door swung open and Cas plopped down onto the black leather seat.

"No music?" He asked, giving Dean a semi concerned look, as Dean always had music on while he waited for Cas to finish up his classes.

"Huh? Oh, no. Guess i just didn't really feel like it at the moment." Dean replied, still struggling to go back into the real world.

"Alright, who are you and what have you done with Dean Winchester?"

Dean just laughed, and started the Impala, then drove away, heading towards his apartment, which they had been going to more often now, most likely because of Charlie and Meg being too lovey with eachother.

When they arrived, now in the apartment, sitting on Dean's couch, Cas finally got the guts to ask about what had happened at the party.

"So.. at the party a couple weeks ago, why did Benny pull you away from all the people that were gathered around you?" He asked, trying, and succeeding at covering up the nerves that pulsed through his blood, and why this made him anxious to ask, he had no idea.

"Oh, uh, that..." Dean started, rubbing the back of his neck uncomfortably, as if he were guilty about what happened. "Well, uh.. ya know Crowley?" Cas nodded, "he uh- he sorta flirted with me.." Dean did fell guilty, even though he had absolutely no control over the actions Crowley performed.

Castiel looked confused, "but why did you get pulled away from him?" He asked, trying to ease the rest of his curiosity.

"Well I sorta, uh.. punched him?" Dean said it as if it were a question, feeling small as he inched a little further away from Cas.

Cas didn't know how to respond, Dean punched him? And for that small little thing? That seemed... off, but he left it at that.
