Dean maneuvered though the crowded room, trying not to bump into anyone.

He walked over to a small table in the back with all kinds of alcohol, but he just chose a boring option; just a plain old beer.

He leaned his back against the wall, looking around the room, sipping at his beer. He glanced at a pair of three people, one redheaded girl, one with dark hair, and the other one was cornered into the back wall, and covered up by their heads, so only the top of his hair was visible; but from what he could see, he had dark hair too.

The pair of girls left, and he saw him. His forest green eyes locked with the boys ocean blue ones. The forest meets the sea.

Even in the dim lighting of the cramped dorm, he could see the piercing blue of his eyes. He stared for a good moment, before shaking it off and walked over to him.

"Hey," Dean said, his voice drowned out by the loud, blaring music.

"Hi," the guy said, obviously nervous.

"I'm Dean." Dean said, not a hint of fear in his voice, even though he was kinda scared.

"Castiel." Castiel smiled, voice a little less shakey.

"So, what brings you here?" Dean asked.

"My friends," he pointed to a pair of girls at the other side of the room, "wanted me to get out of the house."

"Really, what a coincidence, my friends dragged me here too." Dean chuckled, Cas laughed a bit.

~~~
After a couple of hours, they were still talking and now Cas was taking shots. Dean refused to drink any more because he had to drive himself home that night.
"Deaannn," Cas whined, "how come you won't drink anything? It'll be fun, I promise."
"Like I said, I have to drive home tonight, I shouldn't be drinking much, one beer's already enough."
"Come on, for me?" Cas asked pulling at his sleeve.
"Fine. But just one." Dean made it clear that he wouldn't drink anymore.
"Coolio, let's go!" Cas said, pulling him back to the table with the drinks. Dean poured himself a small bit of the drink, and downed the liquid. It slid down his throat, leaving a burning feeling behind.
A the same girl with red hair came over to Cas, pulling the dark haired girl behind her. "Hey Cas, me and Meg are gonna go home, do you wanna come or are you gonna get a ride home from somebody else."
Cas eyed Dean questioningly, Dean understood and said, "I can take him home."
"Bye Charlie!" Cas said, unnecessarily loud.
"Bye Clarence," the dark haired one slurred.
~~~

After a few hours, Cas hadn't drank anything more, just sat in a corner, talking to Dean.

Dean looked down at his watch. "Hey Cas, it's late, we should get 'goin"

"You're probably right." Cas said, getting up and stumbling to the door, Dean following.

When they got down to the parking lot, Cas asked, "So.. which one is yours?" Waving his arm, pointing at the lot full of cars.

"Follow me." Dean said. Cas obeyed and after looking around for a bit, they came to a stop at a beautiful '67 Chevy Impala.

"Wow.." Cas said.

"You like it?"

"Oh yeah, it's a beautiful car." Cas exclaimed, the alcohol slowly starting to wear off.

"I know, she's my baby." Dean stated proudly.

They got in and Castiel told Dean where he lived and Dean followed his directions. They led to a small house with blue, chiping paint.

"This yours?" Dean asked.

"Yup." Cas said, opening the car door.

"Wait!" Dean grabbed his sleeve, "how would you feel about going out on a date sometime?"

"I'd love it."

"Great, I'll give you my number." Dean said, finding a piece of paper and pen and writing down a series of numbers with his name on the side.

"Here." Dean handed it to him.

"Ok, I'll call you sometime soon." Cas stated.

"Bye Cas."

"Goodbye Dean."
