You hadn't wanted to find out what the villain would do. But you stood still, your body wouldn't move. Even as Kirishima took your hand to pull you away, you could tell he couldn't bring himself to move, either.

The villain looked like he was having a panic attack since he kept scratching and scratching at his neck.

"What's wrong?" You heard All Might yell out. "Things didn't go your way, huh?"

You saw the purple entity- Kurogiri, whisper in the blue-haired man's ear. You couldn't make out what he was saying, but you could tell it made the blue-haired man feel better.

Kirishima tensed beside you. "Guys... Their underlings are getting up," he said.

You turned around to where Kirishima was pointing at, and sure enough, the other villains were stirring and standing up.

Shit. You weren't in a good headspace. You still had a pounding headache and was shaky. But, you decided to suck it up and get ready to defend yourself.

You hadn't even noticed Deku still standing there, watching All Might until he was running, getting in danger's way. You turned your head and your mouth dropped open. Is he insane?

"Woah, Midoriya!" Kirishima yelled. Todoroki and Bakugou turned around as well.

Deku had jumped into the air. His legs looked broken, but you could tell that he was determined.

He was almost about to connect to Kurogiri's neck brace, but suddenly the scrawny man went through Kurogiri's mist and was about to connect to Deku's face instead.

You gasped, as you heard what had happened to Aizawa's elbow.

If that man touches Deku's face, he'll be done for.

It was as if time was moving in slow motion, or everything was underwater. You saw the man's hand inch closer and closer to Deku's face.

You couldn't help but close your eyes so you wouldn't have to witness his hand touch Deku's face. You could hear the man giggling. You thought you were going to be sick.

That's when a gunshot rang in your ears and your eyes flew open. Deku was on the ground and the blue-haired man's hand was bleeding.

You swung your head in the other direction and you gasped, your heart swelled and you swayed on your feet.

The pro heroes were finally here.

You hadn't even noticed you were crying tears of relief until Kirishima leaned his head forward and wiped your cheek with his thumb.

"You okay?"

You responded by burying your head into his chest and wrapping your arms around his waist. "I'm so fucking tired."

The police counted each one of the students outside. You were exhausted and were leaning on Kirishima, but he didn't seem to mind.

Everyone was chattering about where they were and how they fended off the villains. "Can we go alreadyy?" You groaned.

Kirishima just placed his arm around your shoulders and pulled you close. "We will soon, hold on."

Aoyama placed a hand on Tsuyu's shoulder. "Where do you think I was?" He inquired.

Tsuyu looked at him quizzically. "Uh, where?"

He stuck a pose and was practically sparkling. "It's a secret."

You laughed way too hard at that, like you were drunk. You loved that guy.

"Ugh. Pipsqueak's gone crazy." Bakugou said.

"Fuck you, Kaminari."

Bakugou just stared at you, his eyebrows furrowed.

"...You mean Katsuki?" Kirishima offered.

"Yeah, that."

Mina bounded over to you. "OMG! Kari, you're okay! I missed you! I was so worried." Kirishima let go and she threw her hands over you. "I've missed you too, Mina. Are you hurt?"

"No, thank god! I had to look after Thirteen." She inspected cuts and bruises on you, lifting your arm up and turning you around.

"So you've been fighting, huh? Aww I wish I could've seen you kicking some villain butt." She turned you back around and struggled to hold in her laughter.

"You look exhausted."

"No shit."

Mina replaced Kirishima in that she wrapped her arms around your shoulders instead of him. You could almost see Kirishima pout slightly in the corner of your eyes but you must have been imagining it. You were super tired, after all.

Tsuyu asked about Aizawa and Deku, you felt a weight lift up your chest as you heard they were gonna be fine. "Thank god," you breathed.

"Let's get you back to class." The detective said.

"Good fucking night, its about time." You rolled your eyes.

You and Mina walked towards the bus. For some reason, Bakugou was looking up thoughtfully at USJ. "C'mon, man! We're going back to class now!" Kirishima called.

"Yeah, yeah. I heard him, ya idiot."

At home, your family had already heard what happened and your mother hugged the mess out of you.

"Ouch! Okay momma, I kinda just came back from an intense day." You laughed. She smiled and her eyes glistened with tears.

"I was so scared, baby. But I'm proud of you, I was told you held your own." You nodded into her shoulder and she let go.

Your dad came and placed his hand on your shoulder, he wasn't one for hugging or physical affection, so when he pulled you into an embrace and you gasped in surprise.

"I'm glad you're okay, dear." You sniffed and swiped your nose on your arm. "I'm exhausted, so I'm going to go to my room now." You said. You walked past a sleeping Aya and kissed her head, then went up the stairs into your room.

You had thought about Kirishima, and then weirdly Bakugou. There was something... off about him. But you could not understand what.

Kirishima said he had insisted on carrying you when you were passed out for some reason. That he was manlier than Kirishima. You rolled your eyes and smiled at that.

You turned to put your bonnet on and decided to just sleep in your underwear, you were too tired to change.

You opened your drawer and gingerly took out a neatly folded piece of paper and opened it on your bed.

"Aki" and "Akito" it said on top

"Aki" and "Akito" it said on top. "Heroes" it said on the bottom.

We will be heroes. You thought. Soon.

Your tears plopped onto the paper, signing it.
