I don't know how to begin,
But I'll try without getting my gin.
Remember the days we met?
It's like I saw a beautiful comet.
Everything seems so colourful,
Every time, every day was just so wonderful.
It's like I'm living days with happiness,
But no, everything was just the beginning of sadness.
Those days are just like trailers,
Fleeting moments that needs painkillers.
Kinda tricky right?
For a moment everything was right.
A moment that's so bright,
A moment in a light.
But no, its too dark
Too black that scared a dog to bark.
Black is pretty
But for a comet its unusually tricky
Are you a black hole?
Devour every soul?
But wait are you still the comet?
Another glass of gin please
I need to refresh
The memories are kinda greasy
You see, it was supposed to be a comet,
I was supposed to commit.
But no, it turns sour,
Get the gin and pour.
You suddenly stop blinking,
You stop the beautiful lighting.
At first, I don't know why,
I refused to accept the why.
I kept acting blind,
I just play in bind.
When the time I got tired,
I express my bluntness and fired.
You kept refusing my accusations,
But I'm shoving it with desperation.
Until you shot me the truth,
For a moment, I can't get through.
I became speechless,
You leave me emotionless.
Until, slowly, it kick in, my tears fall
You're no longer the beautiful comet that falls.
As I taste the gin,
The bitterness begins.
I realized you're not my colourful comet,
You're now a person I just met.
