We all experience fear. It always prevails, manipulating our actions and thoughts. Overtaking our ability to think.
It's as if one part of you sits by the pool, solemnly, caressing the water gently. Fascinated and cheerful, that you created soft rumples of waves that prettily glimmer in the sun's glare. You gently put the tips of your fingers deeper in the water, but yank your arm back. Scared, petrified of the feeling that your arm will be pulled in. Grasped and forced into the deep and endless pit of fear, the fear of not being able to breathe.
However, it's as if this other part of you jumps. You jump, screaming in excitement, as the adrenaline runs through your veins. You create tiny splashes and waves in the water as people witness your joy. You come up for air, but then you itch for the wave of exhilaration to run through you, so you dive into the water. Scared, petrified of the feeling that your arms will be pulled out. Grasped and forced into the world of constant bore and fear endless existence, the fear of breathing without living.
One part of you is scared of what may lie and grasp you under the water, while the other is scared of what lies outside of the feeling of just existing, had you not jumped in. Fear will always be a part of us, it's your choice of what to feel.

Well hello there! I hope you enjoyed this little fiasco of fear ;)
If you have any questions or analyses, do express them, your thoughts are very valid and interesting.
I've always thought about the different ways fear affects us, how it stomps over us and guides our lives and choices.
It's always been a wonder, were you the one to sit or to jump? No judgement can be passed, for fear somehow, is always there. Your choice of actions doesn't determine your confidence, but how you have grown to choose what you did, based on your experiences. We all grow, maybe you'll see that soon.
