Eunhye opened her Instagram to thank Haruto. After her breakdown back in Jeju-do, she felt embarrassed that he had to see her like that. She wanted to apologize to him but didn't want to seem too weak so she thanked him instead.
Akake entered Eunhye's room and plopped herself on top of her. "Akake you're too heavy." Difficulty was present in her voice as the heavy weight of the younger member was on her.
"Unnie, you need to eat breakfast." She reminded her, not caring about what Eunhye just said.
"I'll eat later, I still want to rest."
"You've been resting on your bed for almost two days now, do you still know how to walk?" Akake joked.
"Maybe." A chuckle escaped her lips. "I don't wanna get out of bed."
"Why don't you do something you enjoy? Like uhm, produce new music?" She suggested.
She stayed silent for a moment. "You know, that's actually a good idea." She looked at the time and saw that it was almost 12 noon. "I'll go to YG and stay in the artist studio to finish producing Kyungmi's song."
"Yay you're getting out of bed now." Akake hugged her and planted a kiss on her head. "Your food is on the table, I made sure that you'll get up and eat cause you didn't eat yesterday."
Akake stood up and got out of her bed. "Thanks, Akake. Love you." She just replied a faint 'yeah' and left the room.
Eunhye sighed and sat up. She stretched her body and yawned before getting up and walked going to the empty dining area cause the girls were done eating.. Caihong was sitting down on the couch and watching a movie.
"Hey girl, good morning. You look horrible." Caihong told her.
"Thanks for the compliment, Cai." She chuckled and rolled her eyes playfully.
"Why aren't you watching in the other dorm? Is Etsuka binge watching on a new series?" She asked Caihong while sitting down on the wooden chair.
"Of course. I don't think she slept though, her eyes were all watery and the haggardness was so obvious." She laughed.
Eunhye started eating breakfast as she catched up with Caihong. Their conversation ended with the topic of how Eunhye collects photocards cause Caihong is planning to do the same as well. She took a shower right after and changed into a hoodie, sweatpants, and sneakers rather than her usual long sleeved shirt and mom jeans. To top it off, she wore a beanie considering the cold weather right now.
When she got out of her bedroom, she was greeted by Etsuka who definitely looked like how Caihong described her. Her hair was in a messy bun, her eyebags got bigger than usual, and she looked like she was in need of sleep.
"Woah Etsuka, did you even sleep?"
"I can't sleep in the other dorm, Kyungmi started playing Just Dance on the PS5 and didn't wanna lower the volume." Etsuka said in annoyance. She laid down on the couch with her head on Caihong's lap.
"Where are you going, Eun?" Caihong asked.
"I'm going to YG, I'll finish working on me and Kyungmi's song."
She nodded her head in understanding. "Bye, stay safe."
"You too." Eunhye said as she walked out the door.
As she walked going out of their dorm building, she suddenly felt hesitant if her decision was right. Her body suddenly craved to be in bed, just like what she did after the Jeju-do trip. Her conscience told her that she should be productive cause she already lazed her ass off, it's time to do something important.
The wind blew and her hair slightly covered her face. She tucked her hair inside the hoodie and placed the hood up. As she walked nearby, there were already some fans waiting in front of the building for the arrival of YG artists. She gave them a small wave as some of them greeted her hello and finally entered the premises.
Eunhye passed by the unmanned GS25 convenience store before going to her studio. She walked towards the clear, glass refrigirators and grabbed her favorite drink, chocolate milk. Even if she grabbed just one item, she still used her card to pay for it and went upstairs.
As she sipped on her drink, she noticed that the building had more staff than usual. She was reminded that her seniors, Bigbang, had something to film in the building when she saw their manager.
The floor for the artist studio was quite empty, no one usually comes here not unless they need to record something. Her studio was A1, the first room on the left. She turned on the lights and closed the door when she entered, the warm lights made her feel warmth inside of her despite the cold weather outside.
Eunhye turned on the computer and set her chocolate milk down on the side. She grabbed the sheet of paper that had the lyrics of their song and evaluated it. The tune of the song naturally came to her and she hummed it while reading.
"Oh I'm so sorry but I can't help it, Your dimpled smile And your brown colored eyes Make my heart beat like crazy." She sang along to Kyungmi's part and turned her attention to the monitor.
The instrumental of the song played through the speakers while she intensely stared at the screen. "It's still missing some beats." She told herself.
After almost an hour of trying whatever she thinks is best for the song, she was frustrated again. "Aaaaahhhhh I can't do this right now, I can't force myself to finish this." She lightly kicked the table so her chair could roll going farther.
"I really can't do this, I'm going back home." She turned off the equipment and went out of the door.
She got down in a jiffy but was stopped right at the entrance of the building. "O-Oh Eunhye wait!"
Her eyes widened as she heard the familiar voice. "Chenle? What are you doing here?" She looked at him while he was carrying a flower and chocolate bouquet with a gift bag.
"I came here to give this to you." He handed her the two.
"U-Uhm wait, this is from you? Why are you giving me this?" She cautiously stepped back with a weird look on her face.
"No silly, it's from a secret admirer." He laughed, making his eyes smaller.
She tilted her head in confusion. "A secret admirer? Why would that admirer let you give this?"
"Cause he's shy and doesn't have anyone else to ask a favor from."
"Oh." She said. He handed her the gifts again and she recieved it with a bow. "T-Thanks Chenle. Tell the dude I said thank you as well."
"Sure, see you around Eun! Let's hang out soon." He smiled and waved as he walked away.
She stared at the bouquet she was holding. "Geez, this is why I shouldn't have gone out today." Eunhye walked back to the dorm.
