Hi everyone! It's me, the author of We Got Married. I would like to thank everyone who has read and voted on the chapters of my books. When I first published the starting chapters of these, I just did it for the sake of unleashing my ideas and storyline that I've been thinking of for two years. Never have I imagined that this book would gain over 30k+ reads here on Wattpad.

I think it was over a month before I started with my second book which is Flowers of Despair. I'm also pretty impressed on how much readers I have for that book. It was just an on the spot idea that I was about to debunk but because of my eagerness to write about it, I proceeded to do so.

I'm proud of my works and how far it has come but I do admit that I have faults as a writer. I suddenly reflected about myself as an author and realized my mistakes. I don't need to wait for anyone to call me out on this.

First is how I've introduced my characters. I have a lot of them and I mean A LOT. There's CARAMIA, Cheesy Chicken Tteoks, other side characters, the royal FOD squad, and the fictional cousins of Jihoon. It's so overwhelming to list down every single character on my spreadsheet where I organize my works cause of how many they are, some of them even have similar names with different spellings.

Second is the age gap of a certain romantic pair, Eunhye and Jihoon (in both books). In WGM, Jihoon first dated Eunhye when she was 16 and he was 18 (international age). This seems normal for some since it's only a 2 year age gap (what I was thinking before) but as I've done my research about it, it's actually illegal in some countries 😬. As for FOD, they never ended up dating but did develop feelings for each other back then when they were 16 and 20 respectively. I wasn't able to include it in the book cause I have more books for the Scorpius Universe but a small spoiler, Jihoon didn't know that she was still a minor cause of her soft matured look which was also the reason why he immediately dropped his dating agenda for her. It's literally SO OFF and I didn't realize it til' now which is why I'm owning up to my mistake. Please don't think that it's alright for minors to date or be romantically linked to people of the ages 18+, don't write about it either if you're an author like me. I apologize for affiliating an idol to a fictional character in that way, I'll make sure to not repeat this in my future works.

Next is how I've somehow connected Eunhye and Haruto's relationship in WGM to the "hook-up culture". Nope, no sexual things have been done and that's clear to read but the other characters (especially Jihoon) has been thinking that they might be hooking up at her place that's why Haruto's been such a "rebel". For their ages in the book, it's fine. But for the age of Haruto in real life, I now personally think that it isn't. Again, this is another mistake that I am owning up to. I apologize for also affiliating an idol to a fictional character in that way.

Fourth is how most of my characters in WGM didn't go through major character development. Eunhye's was SO awkward cause in my opinion, she was giving everyone mixed signals. Though she had feelings for Jihoon, she denied it too much than how a usual in-denial character is. In the end she just ended up marrying him on the spot which was quite a surprise for everyone including the Jihoon in WGM.

Personally, I loved the storyline of WGM but hated how I wrote it, how I created and introduced my characters, and how I just went with the flow even if I knew that it was quite chaotic. If I could rewrite it, I would.

Last is how I suck at updating WGM and SIU. For WGM though, I was just really busy with schoolworks but for SIU, I just don't have much courage to write it anymore. I also love the storyline of it but I just lost my interest. I'm putting it on hold as of the moment so I can come back to it anytime when I suddenly have the urge to write again (which I hopefully do).

Again, thank you for reading and supporting my stories. I just wanted to be transparent to you as an author since I now realized some bad points in my writing. I can assure you that these mistakes won't happen again but if you would like to unfollow me because of it, it's alright with me. I hope that readers and writers can learn from my mistakes and watch out for these red flags for other stories.

I apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that I might have brought to the readers. I'll make better stories without doing these mistakes again, thank you.
