Regulus's POV

I grab my trunk and make my way down to the carriages with my friends Karter and Genesis ( Karter is my oc and Genesis is Blaise's dad ) we are walking in silence and then out of nowhere Genesis asks " so do yall like anyone or either of you guys dating anyone ". I immediately stop in my tracks ' of course I do ,I like him and his stupid dorky grin , his curly soft light brown hair , his hazelnut eyes. His tan skin , his light pink lip that look so kis- wait no I'm not gay I can't be gay i like girls there's no chance I'm gay '. I feel a hand shake my right shoulder I look up and see Karter standing right in front of me "are you ok mate ? You just stopped right after Genesis asked if we like anyone you just froze in your spot" he states looking concerned "oh um I uh sorry I just g-got lost in thought I guess" I manage to get out " ok well we need to hurry up otherwise we will miss the carriages ".We carry on walking down to the coaches and I just look at the birds in the sky and the forest wondering whats in there. Eventually we're here.Theres an empty carriage so me, Karter and Genesis climb into the coach and sit down quietly.After sometime Karter brakes the silence "so Reg you never answered earlier when we were talking about who we like so I'm going to take a guess and say you don't like anyone?"Karter asks me "I uhh no I dont like anyone,why?"I ask a little confused. He just shrugs and we carried on our conversation.

James' POV

I get on the carriage and pick up Luna in her cage. I set the cage on my lap and then open it. Luna jumps onto Moonys lap no surprises there really Luna loves me and Rem yet hates Pads an Wormtail for some reasons. We've been on the thestral (yes James can see them it will be explained in another chapter) and carriage for about 10 minutes just chatting about what we did over summer. Honestly I didn't do much locked in my room for most of it anyway,only allowed out to use the bathroom oh and being forced to watch my 'mother' burn my binder thats the only other purpose I was allowed. Wasn't all bad though I did find paints in the back of my cupboard and painted a galaxy on my wall with stars around it. I've always had quite a fondness for the stars,there most likely the only thing that will never truly leave me. My favourite star would be Hamal its the brightest star in the aries constellation.
Only fitting since I'm an aries myself but I didn't know alot about the stars when I saw that one. But if I had to choose one that wasn't from my sign I'd choose the star thats on the bottom right of the leo constellation, the stars name is regulus and it's always stuck out to me not sure why though. We finally get to the castle and we walk in to the hall. The smell of food hits me like a wave luckily we have to wait for a while because first years are gonna get sorted. To be honest I don't eat alot only a few thing here and there but when I have to eat infront of people I'll eat,excuse myself then go to the bathroom to throw everything back up. I know that it's not healthy but I just can't help it ever since I can remember my 'mother' never fed me alot. Not because she couldn't either no because I came out as transgender and pansexual. I have never understood her problem like just because I'm a guy not a girl doesn't make me any less her child.
