Fleamont's POV
I'm walking towards the hospital wing with Minerva to see James. Once we reach the hospital wing I go straight over to James an sit on chair beside him . Sighing as I look at my only child and push a strand of his curly hair back behind his ear. "How long are his ribs going to take to heal ?" I say looking at Poppy . "Well it's hard to say because I can't use magic on his ribs because of the risk of the spell failing and causing his ribs to crush inwards on his organs". She explains slowly with a pitying look on her face all I can do is nod." He's not been binding properly Fleamont ".Poppy says sternly an annoyed but concerned look on her face. " Euphemia" " what about her ?" She asks quickly. " She took his binder and fucking burnt it alright there was nothing I could do to stop her She gets what she wants no matter who the hell she hurts and she locked him in his room all summer only let him out to use the bathroom... same to me but I was aloud to work aswell look I didn't mean to rant at you but could I ask you a favour ?" I get out getting more and more annoyed. She nods and says yes."keep him in the infirmary" she's looking at me like I'm crazy "even if he's fine nust keep him here two, three days longer than he needs don't say I said anything " she continues to stare at me "why not?" She asks confused  "I just need to get myself an out with Euphemia to be able to get money and stuff mine and James'" she raises her eyebrow a me I sigh "so I can get us out and I already have divorce papers they just need to be signed and processed and he'll be safe and he can bind properly and unless he asks for his friends do not let them in."
"Okay I can make that happen" she says slowly. I stand up about to open the door and turn back and smile and Poppy she understands she always does  I think to my self as I walk out the door.
"Are we aloud in?".

Peter's POV
It's James's dad I know it is looks exactly like Prongs. "That's up to him when he wakes up there's stuff that im not sure if he told you and it wouldn't be right if I were to tell you"he pauses. "So I'm sorry but no like I said to Poppy unless he asks for you I would appreciate it if you didn't go to see him". He says turning to walk away from us ."That's not fair " .Sirius shouts to him  Fleamont stops in his tracks and turns back to us " life's not fair I get that you want to make sure that James is okay and he will be okay but for now don't go to see him." He says quite irritated with Padfoot and rightly so ." And don't even think about using the invisibility cloak" he tells us. " You know about the cloak?" I ask all three of us looking stunned "of course I do I mean I gave it to him after all " he says and with that he walks away ." We're still going to see him right ?" Padfoot questions looks at me and Moony. "No"
Moons states "if Fleamont is saying that there's stuff James doesn't want us to know then we should probably talk to him about that when he's not in the hospital wing". He says turning to me giving me a look of who do you agree with " I agree with Moony I mean if Prongs hasn't told us then there's a reason" I say as we start to head back to our dorm room. As we walk we don't say a word to each other we just walk in an awkward silence with only the sounds of footsteps filling our ears it's so quite but atthe same time so loud. We get back to the Gryffindor tower and the girls are in the common room waiting for us. "Where have you guys been ? And where's James? " Marlene starts asking panic setting in her voice wide eyes staring at us. "Hospital wing we aren't aloud in his dad asked for them to not let us in unless he asks for us" the sandy blonde with scars tells them calm as can his voice shaking a bit. " Fleamont wouldn't do that " she says angry and sad at the same time. Tears welling in her eyes ." Not unless you guys don't know" Marlene states. " Know what? James's dad was doing the exact same thing ,he said that there's stuff he doesn't know if we know .So what the absolute fuck is going on Marlene because I was with James and I swear to fuck I thought he was going to fucking die so what is going on ". I practically scream at her because I'm done I just need to see for myself that James is going to be okay." You actually don't know? He never told you?" She asks softly "clearly not no" Sirius says.
" I can't tell you I'm really sorry but it's not my place I can't do that James it wouldn't be right for me to say" she says.

Sirius POV
"Fine if we're done here I'm going to bed because I'm not gonna be able to stay up while my best mate is in the hospital wing with something so survere that his Dad had to be called in to the fucking school and Pete thought he was going to die". I rant angrily and storm off to the dorm slaming the door on my way. Two minutes later I hear the door open and light shines on my face. It's Remus. He walks over to me and sits on the bed he starts srtoking my hair gently. " He's going to be okay Pads he's stronger than most of us he'll be fine couple days he'll be back here joking about with us like nothing ever happened". He says while smiling at me trying to not let himself cry. I look up at them my vision blurred. "What do you think he's hiding Moons?" I whisper.
"I have no idea but I feel like it won't be the only thing he's hiding I feel like there's alot of things he's not telling us" he whispers back to me letting his tears fall down the side of his cheek. " first thing I want to know is how he got the bruise on his neck" he tells me." Me too Moony me too "

Ahh been awhile since I've updated but also the longest chapter yet at 1123 word I know that it's not alot but for me it's pretty good
