Taehyung was sitting on the grass playing with Yeontan and Kaiser as he enjoyed the weather. The family had decided to spend the day in a private park and everything was going pretty well so far. Jeongguk, Malik, Hoseok, and Namjoon were playing basketball, Asami, Amika and Su-an were playing cheerleaders while Taehyung sat and played with Yeontan and Kai. The others watched the boys play 2v2 for a while before Jin decided that it was finally time to pull out the grill. The older grilled up the meat he'd packed the day before, as he did so he couldn't help but feel someone hovering over him.
"What're you doing?" Kaiser asked, standing behind Jin as he grilled.
"Grilling, did you do that back home?" The older asked as he closed the lid and put the togs on the picnic table Jeongguk and Malik had set up earlier.
"Not all the time." Kaiser said as he followed behind Jin, just then Namjoon snuck over to the table when the older turned his back and tried to grab one of the freshly grilled chicken wings.
"Namjoon if you don't move your hand away, the food hasn't even cooled down yet." The raven hissed, getting ready to throw a spoon at his boyfriend.
"Yeah Joonie, the food hasn't cooled yet." Kaiser teased, giggling mischievously. Namjoon just stood there for a second before changing his stance and charging towards the boy with an equally mischievous smile on his face. "Ahhhh." The younger yelled as he ran away from the tall dimpled man.
"Boys." Jin sighed, shaking his head as he watched Namjoon chase Kai around.
"Aren't you a boy?" Seulgi asked, sipping a Caprisun as she walked over to him.
"Seulgi." He hissed.
"Oop alright." She said, putting her hands up in surrender. Meanwhile, Taehyung was sitting on the swings with Chungha, talking about deserts when JImin approached them.
"Hey Tae, you brought the speaker right?" He asked.
"Oh shit I did, it should be in my bag." The younger said, grabbing his bookbag and digging through it. "Here." He said, handing the speaker to the brunette.
"Thank you." Jimin said before walking away.
"Look Ami, they have a speaker." Asami said, noticing the purple speaker Jimin placed on the table.
"Let's go ask for them to play our song." The older girl said. The two ran over to Jimin and looked at each other, knowing what they wanted to hear.
"Play Fancy! Play Fancy!" They said, jumping up and down in unison enthusiastically.
"Okay, okay, okay. Calm down." Jimin said, looking up the song on his phone. While he did so, Amika ran up to Chaeyong and Momo.
"Come on, come dance with us!" She said, pulling them over to the table with her. The two stood behind Misa and the four of them danced to the song together, the others couldn't help but watch and cheer them on as they did so.
After the song finished, everyone went to eat the food Jin cooked, thanking him for the meal. The mixed family spent the rest of the day at the park playing, dancing, eating and spending time together happily.
