Asami was sitting in her class before it started in the reading when she heard the door open and a familiar voices called out to her. The little girl dropped the book she was attempting to read and got up looking around the room for the source of the voices, once she found it she ran to the girl with a big smile on her face as ran to the older hugging her as soon as she was close enough to her.
"Hi Mika." Asami said.
"Hi Asa, I saw Areum coming down the hall with Suho just now." The older said wiggling her little eyebrows at the younger.
"Really?" Asami said getting excited. Suho was her friend Areum's older brother who went to the elementary school on the other half of the building, he also promised to be Asami's boyfriend forever as long as she was good and didn't get into much trouble
"Uhuh they should be here in like 2 seconds." Amika said.
"Well what're we doing just standing here let's act na- natur-" The younger said trying to pronounce the last word.
"Natural?" Amika said
"Yeah that."
With that the two play until they hear the door open. Areum and her brother Suho walked in and Suho helped his sister place her stuff in her cubby. Just as he was about to leave he saw Asami and decided to go talk to her for a little.
"Hi Asami, hi Amika." The second grader said.
"Hi Suho oppa." Amika said using honorifics and everything.
"What's up Suho." Amika said casually.
"Nothing I just wanted to see what you guys were up to. Not getting into trouble right?" Suho said looking at Asami for the last part. The younger aggressively shook her head, her long dark hair following along with her movements. Amika just rolled her eyes at the who thing, want to get back drawing with her best friend.
"That's good to hear. Well I have to go, bye guys." With that the older was gone leaving the two best friends to talk amongst themselves.
The two went back to drawing when they heard their teacher tell the class that circle time was about to start. When circle time started and they got to the part where they all sang songs together, Amika and Asami were the first to get up and start dancing.
