     a few days later, noen sat in his final class. he tapped his foot on the ground, waiting for the bell to ring. ryland noticed how anxious the boy seemed. "uh, you alright noen?" he asked. noen smiled and nodded. "uh huh!" he said. 

     ryland wasn't very convince that he was as okay as he said he was. "you seem a little excited." he said, squinting his eyes. "well, i am." noen said. "why's that? did your little boy-toy leave you satisfied?" ryland teased. "mm, very." noen smied. "oh really? how so?" ryland asked, being very clearly playful. "well i think thats kinda private business."  noen said. ryland's eyes widened. "no way. really?!" he asked. noen bit his lip and nodded. 

     "did you- did you really lose your virginity-?" ryland asked. "yes!" noen said. "how was it?" ryland asked. "it was great!" noen smiled. "was it big?" ryland questioned. "mhm!" noen said. "oh my god-" ryland said. "yeah! it was great, he was so so good.." noen said, still in a bit of a dreamy state. "i never thought you'd do it noen, but you did and i'm glad you enjoyed it." ryland chuckled. 

     "who is this guy anyway?" ryland asked. noen's eyes widened. what was he going to say? he couldn't tell ryland the truth, he would panic! "uhhh... just a friend of mine who lives down the block. he just moved in." he said. "really? nobody's moved into our street over the past few days, i haven't seen a thing." ryland said, genuinely confused. noen shut his eyes in fear. ryland skeptically raised and eyebrow. he wasn't convinced. 

     "noen. who the hell did you go to see that night?" ryland asked. noen let out a defeated sigh. "alright, alright. he's this really hot guy who's practically been stalking me for almost and entire year. he would watch me through my window and just keep and eye on me." he said. ryland quietly gasped. "noen! do you know how dangerous that is?!" ryland said, quite astonished. "ryland, you don't get it! he loves me! he did it to keep me safe! he wants to protect me!" noen argued. 

     "theres nothing in this world that he needs to protect you from that your mothers and i can't protect you from!" ryland said. "this is why i didn't want to tell you!" noen said. "chase is so amazing! he gives me the best hugs and kisses and he knows how to love me in ways i can't love myself!" he said. "noen, i can't believe you gave your body to him as if it was nothing." ryland said. "i didn't just give him my body! he showed me love in ways nobody else has had, i let him see the sides of my that weren't the prettiest and he loved them anyway! he loves me!" noen said. 

     ryland sighed. "and what makes you so sure?" he asked. "well, he showed me a lot of love at his house that night. and he texts me every morning to make sure i'm okay. and sometimes he brings me lunch. and he always gives me kisses by my window before bed. he give me lots of kisses." noen nodded, giving a small pout. "he does, doesn't he?" ryland said. he was slowly giving into noen's fire. all he wanted was for noen to feel loved. he wasn't trusting this chase guy though.

     "he does, a lot. he loves me, and i love him too." noen said. "so are you guys like- a thing now?" ryland asked. "well he did ask me to be his boyfriend so- yes." noen said. "and he's picking me up today once schools finishes. i want you to meet him, please be nice." he said. ryland sighed and nodded. 

     when school ended, ryland and noen headed outside together as always. noen stood on campus next to his best friend looking around. then he spotted him. "CHASE!" he shouted. he immediately ran over to him and gave him a hug. "hi love!" chase said, wrapping his arms around the male. ryland noticed something.. the male noen was seeing looked a little older?-

     he quickly made his way over to them and said hello. "ry, this is chase. chase, this is ryland. he's my best friend." noen said. "it's great to finally meet you, noen does not shut up about how bad he wanted us to meet." chase said, chuckling. "hah, its great to meet you too. honestly, i didn't know about you until just now." ryland smiled.
