oh and- this is really short. i've been unmotivated and i'm kinda bored with my ideas.

a few weeks pass. after keeping an eye on kio and his doings, chase picked up his constant habits and finished forming the plan. then, he put into execution giving griffin the okay to start something with him.

kio's everyday life. he'd wake up and head straight to starbucks for some coffee before leaving for his part-time job at their local art supply store. he'd clock out around 3 pm, before meeting with some of his friends either at the arcade or at their homes. while heading home he'd stop by subway for dinner.

and that's exactly when griffin would meet him. at the local subway.

griffin walked into the subway, automatically seeing kio. he continued to mind his business, and started to think of a way to get the males attention. kio, with a tired look on his face, was clearly having a bad day. shit wasn't going his way and of course he didn't think it could get any worse. well, that was until he checked his sandwich and his order was wrong.

he sat down at a table and rolled his eyes, seeing pickles in his food. he hated pickled. he sighed and brought it upto the counter, looking at griffin. "hey, i ordered no pickles? sorry to bother." he said. then, he noticed griffin next to him, trying to pay for his order. "oh, my bad. you can finished. "no problem, you go ahead. i'm just paying anyway." griffin smiled. "thanks." the lady behind the counter quickly helped kio, remaking his sandwich with no pickles. he gave the women his card to redeem his past due and pay the lower price of his original order, before griffin spoke. "don't worry about it." he said.

kio looked down at the keypad as griffin pulled his card. his order was labeled right on it. "thank you." he smiled. griffin chuckled and nudged the boy over. "so.. what's your name?" he asked. "it's kio. yours?" the other asked. "griffin."

the two sat down and started to eat, talking and and just getting to know one another. they had a lot in common, and griffin was starting to like him. it make him wonder, was he really as bad as chase said he was? or, was he just angry with the boy? either way- he had to get the job done. what was more important? jaden? or this man he just met?

kio and griffin ended up going back to his place. he showed kio around and put on a move for the two of them.

griffin sat along his couch with his legs up. kio sat on the soft rocking chair across from him, silently watching the movie. "you want popcorn?" griffin asked. "sure." kio smiled. griffin made his way to the kitchen, taking the bag of popcorn and putting it into the microwave. moments later, he was startled by the sight of kio next to him. "holy shit." he chuckled. "sorry. got a little lonely." kio smiled. "well, i'll make you less lonely." griffin winked, pinning the male against the counter. kio quickly stopped the microwave and took griffin by his face, kissing his lips.

things move further and further until the two made it to bed, having it out on each other for hours on end. later that night, kio went home and griffin headed over to chase's house.

chase sat on on the couch with noen in his arms, jaden and addison the other sides of him. they each minded their business, addison and chase on their phones, jaden watching the tv and noen snuggling upto chase, looking down at his phone with him. griffin walked in the door, and greeted them all kindly. time passed on, chase put noen to bed, jaden went home and addison went to her room to watch netflix and finished some homework. she was trying to finish college and get her license to carry, so if they ever got caught they could get out of some trouble.

griffin and chase sat in the game room, music playing quietly while they messed around on the pool table. they talked on and on about regular things, they spoke as if they knew each other forever. griffin knew he'd rather be friends with chase then lose his life over the guy he met at a subway.

"hey man, can i tell you something serious?" griffin asked. "totally." chase said. "you won't snitch right?" the slender male tilted his head and smirked. "do i look like i snitch?" chase asked. griffin chuckled and rolled his eyes. "alright, alright listen. i do coke. it's not really an addiction but- its an addiction." griffin said. chase raised his eyebrows. "like- the drug?"

"no shit the drug chase." griffin said, nudging his shoulder. "what got you started?" chase asked. "depression. i was in a horrible state of mind when i lost my mom, i had to work off the pain y'know? i consider it happy power." griffin said, pulling a small bag from his pocket. "that's rich people drugs." chase said. they both chuckled.

"no but seriously, it's not as bad as people say it is." griffin said. chase furrowed his eyebrows. "don't look at me like that, cmon now. it's really not." griffin said. "says the one who's addicted." chase said. griffin rolled his eyes. "no no, i'm not that addicted. its just a little sniff here n' there when i'm sad." he argued. "yeah, you must be sad a lot." chase said.

griffin sighed. chase was right. "okay, you're right. but i promise, if you do it's done reasonably it's fine." he said. "hm. are you sure?-" chase asked. "positive. just try it, one time. i'll never make you do it again if you don't like it." griffin said. he threw chase the bag, the tall male catching it.

they both sat at the kitchen table, with chase pushing a line together. he looked at the small area of powder and thought it over. was he going to do this? was it worth it?

fuck it.

he quickly sniffed the powder up his nose and tilted his head back. he shut his eyes tightly as he felt a rush through his nose, and a slight pain in his head. it went away quickly, and once it did he looked back at griffin.

"i want more." he said.
