Chapter 11. You again 2

        I kept looking at the card. Was this.. luck that was in my hand? Here I was holding the card of the dinner invitation from Miranda dumbfounded and not even getting ready when the dinner was 30mins away. As I thought of Miranda's house I thought of her.... I get to see...her...  I hated dinner parties but....this one would be okay I guess.....

        "Oh Sir. Montear!!! You're HERE!! You're actually HERE!!" As Miranda stood there gaping at my sight in front of her door I just nodded and walked in. There were many people as I had guessed but I didn't care. Several women walked up to me and tried to start a conversation but I ignored them and walked near the table. As I took a small cup of wine I drank a sip. My eyes kept scanning the big room but I didn't see the girl with blonde hair. After 10 minutes I was getting in a cranky mood. So I had come to this dinner party for nothing? I mean Miranda did say she needed a talk with us but really? Was she gone or something? There were so many questions not answered. I kicked myself for wondering where she was. IT's  NONE of my business if she's NOT here. I hate women.... As I sighed and just gazed at the wall I heard murmuring but I decided to ignore it. " Wow.. I like her dress...." "Yes she does have a lovely face." As I was lost in thought about how Lilian would react to this: me not going to a dinner party without her, a voice caught me. "I love her blonde hair." Blonde.....? Maybe.... I turned my head and just like a wish come true there she was floating down the stairs with Aurthur right behind her. 

        Just like her light blue eyes her light navy dress showed off her delicate curves. Just making me desire her more.... This time her soft blonde hair flowed in waves to adorn her glowing pale skin. Reaching up to her waist and dancing while she gracefully walked down the stairs. My fingers tingled remembering the touch of her soft pale arms. I really didn't like that dress... It was exposing her curvy back and pale slender shoulders. Her eyes framed by long dark lashes, were sea blue with sparkling joy that I haven't seen in a while. With her straight nose and soft full rose lips, her face was the picture of perfection. The urge to touch her was so much I looked away. Closing my eyes I calmed my beating heart and looked toward her again. As she headed toward Miranda I took a quiet step toward her. As she went to Miranda I saw her cheeks bloom a rosy pink and my heart tugged toward her. She casted her eyes down as if embarassed and I wanted that face those emotiones just for me. I was selfish but this was how much I wanted her....Shit what did I just say?  I shook my head but this wasn't a dream I could get rid of. It was a dream that would keep beating my heart. 

        She seemed like she didn't know I was even here. Which was rather good since I could just keep looking at her without her noticing me. But it hurt because I couldn't go near her nor can I touch her. As I stared at her I saw Kenean approach her. With a confident smile Kenean started a conversation with the angel glowing her light off to me. As she looked up her cheeks turned more pink and her face seemed surprised. As her light blue eyes looked into Kenean's this jealousy came back. Kenean seemed to......enjoy her talking...her everything.... He seemed happy... after that accident..... His smile was warm and....real.... How did she capture this smile? Woman were weird creatures... but this one was....weirder

        After watching her and Kenean talking for more than 20 minutes I decided to walk up to Kenean. No meaning I just wanted to chat with him too... As I approached them she saw me first. Her smile rose and her face turned pink. It made me warm seeing her smile at me. But I didn't want to show any emotions. " Kenean, you know what Miranda wants to discuss?" A happy Kenean shook his head and answered "Nope. I just came cause Miranda invited me." I nodded and after an awakward silence the angel filled up the conversation. "Well everything's so new to me." Her beaming eyes were enough for me to reply " Would you like to introduce you to everyone?" She seemed surprised with my offer. Even I was surprised by the words that came out. But she nodded...SHE nodded!!! Kenean seemed dissapointed but he just walked away. As I kept cursing in my head I awkwardly intorduced her to other creatures. She seemed like she was..enjoying it.... Her warm glowing smile lit my heart like one candle. My eyes kept going to her but I made sure to be careful in case she looked up at me.
