Ambros was looking through books on Norse Mythology per Hel's request. He continued to look through in hopes of finding something. He then noticed a bookmark sticking out of one page.

The RSA principal flipped to the page. He wasn't expecting what he saw.

A family tree.

It seemed to keep track of everything. He then looked at the family tree of Loki.

So far, his parentage was interesting. He then looked down at children of Loki and saw the name that Crowley had called the Alchemy teacher of his school.

Hel.

Apparently, Helia had been an alias. Ambros stared at the name as he flipped over to the page about her and read it. He had to learn why Hel was in his school.

'Hel, sometimes known as Hela, is the goddess of the dishonorable dead and the ruler of Helheim, one of the Nine Realms. Her appearance is that of a half-decaying woman on one side while the other is in tact. She has two brothers, Fenris Wolf and Jormungand, the World Serpent. Their father is Loki, the Norse god of mischief, and their mother is a frost giant.

Hel has never been spotted mingling with mortals and has no children. Her brothers, on the other hand, have children.'

Ambros flipped back to the family tree. A line connected Loki and a frost giant. Then there were their children, Fenris Wolf, Jormungand, and Hel. He then noticed the lines connecting the brothers to their partners. Fenris Wolf was connected to Sirenous while Jormungand was connected to Vanessa. Interesting. There were the names of their children as well.

'For Fenris Wolf, Balto, Brooklyn, Solis, Katherine, Luka, Kyro, and... Vermillion? Wait a minute. That new female student... Is she a child of Fenris Wolf?' Ambros thought.

The dots seemed to connect. Her green to golden eyes, her ears and tail, her hair, her name when introduced as Vermillion von Fenris. 'Von' was translated to 'of'. It made perfect sense. Now to look at Jormungand.

Jormungand only had one child. Naga. This... was interesting. If Naga was a child of Jormungand and Vermillion was a child of Fenris Wolf, then that did in fact make them cousins. Did Neige know? Did Night Raven College know? They must have.

One thing that concerned him was that they had let a Norse goddess into RSA. They were to be respected and when a student complained, Hel would give them extra homework. Maybe it was so she stopped herself from turning them into a guinea pig or a mouse or some other rodent. They should probably pray that Hel didn't kill them. After all, her teaching was, less than safe, to say the very least.

She had poisoned the first years last year and they all thankfully survived. The fact that she was a very dangerous teacher made the students fear her. She even gave the students high level potions to make. Even those that were banned! Hel was probably stating to him that she hated their complaining and wanted to throw grenades at them. Not that the principal would let her.

Hel seemed to be on good terms with the alchemy teacher of NRC, Divus Crewel. If those two teamed up, it spelled disaster for all the students from both schools. Ambros had seen them chatting before the festival and the two seemed close. Friends even. Perhaps that's why she volunteered to come watch the students. She wanted to see her friend. But something about the way they both chatted meant that there were probably some hidden feelings. That or they were planning to screw up their students' lives. He could only pray that the students lived another day.

Ambros had gotten the information he needed, now to confront the Norse goddess. He was only out of the library when the latter rushed up to him. Hel was out of breath and panting as though she had ran two whole marathons. Ambros stared at Hel with shock. "Hel, what ever is the matter? Do you need something?"

Hel looked up at him. "Principal Ambros! Something terrible has happened to one of the NRC students. I couldn't find Headmaster Crowley so I went to find you instead."

"Helia, deep breaths. What happened?"

The professor took in deep breaths of air until she seemed less tense and wary. Ambros asked again. "What happened, Professor Helia?"

Hel took in a few more deep breaths before looking at Ambros. "I found Vermillion injured! She's passed out in the colosseum!"

"WHAT!? Find Crowley this instant and inform him and the rest of the staff that Vermillion is in need of medical assistance and soon!"

Hel nodded and dashed off. Ambros made his way to the colosseum to find Vermillion. The child of wolf. No, she was a student here. Ambros would treat her as such.

He just hoped the others wouldn't be too late. He hoped he wasn't too late.
