You know those fairytales where the prince takes you out of the castle to roam around places which are not very like you but you've always wanted to experience, the kind of adventure that comes without any reasons or purpose, the kind of adventure that makes you rethink about the prince you knew until now.
I felt like that.
When Taeyong said, we would be walking to our next destination I thought he was actually talking about a certain destination but it turned out to be something completely out of the world.
The moment we turned out of the alleyway, the scene in front of me surprised me, I have never seen something like that in New York before, the colors, the food, the people.
It was like I suddenly teleported to Italy. The colorful lights were almost blinding yet soothing to my heart, maybe because in this grey city this was the first time I was seeing a place so alive and breathing from the suffocating city. It was a breath of fresh air and being here with Taeyong, was just making it a lot better.
The first assumption I had about the CEO of Lee industries was anything but this, I assumed he would be this stuck up flirtatious, smug man who wouldn't know the taste of anything other than grey.
This date changed a lot of things, one of them was, I realized underneath that tough, polished man, there was an artist, fun-loving boy and it seemed like it was almost too afraid to come out at first but as the time passed I could see it more and more clearly.
