It wasn't the first time Wilbur stopped walking on his way home to listen to the boy by the sidewalk. If Wilbur was being honest, he hoped to hear him today. His voice always had such a calming affect to it, though he was a bit surprised to see him out here. It was freezing cold and Will couldn't grasp how the boy was still able play his guitar. His fingers looked painfully red and with every breath a small cloud formed in front of him.

Nonetheless Will didn't walk up to him to maybe give him his gloves or something. In fact, will didn't even the boy to go home. He wanted to listen. He wanted to listen to that beautiful voice that seemed to place listeners under its spell. It was almost like a magnet for Wilbur. Some strange force that wanted to get him closer to it.

He leaned against a wall, closed his eyes and took a deep breath. The cold air was burning his lungs but he didn't care. He felt at peace.

Eventually the music stopped playing and Wilbur opened his eyes again. He saw the boy packing his things. Will slowly walked up to him and as he got closer he could hear the boy quietly humming under his breath.

"Beautiful"

were the first words that came to his mind. He couldn't help but let his gaze wander and take in the features of the boy's face. He had a slightly red nose from the cold and his full lips were a bit trembling.

"Hey, I just wanted to say that I often find myself listening to you singing here and I think your voice is really beautiful..." said Wilbur while awkwardly scratching his neck. God, he was so nervous.

"Uhm... thank you! I'm glad that you like it!" the voice said and gave him a beaming smile. Will felt like he could die now happy after seeing that angelic smile.

"I'm Wilbur by the way" he said quickly to stop the boy from walking away.

"Nice to meet you Wilbur, my name is Y/N."
