"Y/n!" Draco shouted.
"Draco!" I ran over to him and hugged him. "What happened? Are you okay?"
Fred walked over to us and stood behind me, without Draco noticing.
"You-Know-Who will not resent from killing you if you stop him from getting to Harry! He will not let anyone stop him. The War, it's happening. In two days time. It's going to be extremely dangerous," Draco panicked.
"Oh.. oh no. You hear that Fred?" I asked, turning to him.
"Yeah, we will be okay though, you can help George and I," he smiled.
I smiled back at him.
"Ugh, Weaslebee! What do you want with my sister?" Draco scoffed.
"Draco, please!" I yelled.
"What, y/n? Father told you don't go near blood traitors!"
"He is not a blood traitor! You know it!" I defended Fred.
Draco was the only family that loved me, and I could tell the stress was getting to him. "Draco, you wouldn't turn to help the Dark Lord, would you?" I nervously asked.
"No?"
I backed away towards Fred.
"Stay away from Weaslebee! Father said.." Draco began.
"I don't care what father thinks, Draco! And if you are gonna defend him, you can leave!" I sobbed, trying to stay strong. I watched as Draco left the Common Room. Tears fell down my face.
"Why does everyone hate me, Freddie?" I cried. "I haven't done anything."
"I know, love, I know. I don't hate you," he kissed my hand. "Friendship forever?"
"Always."
I hated what I said, because I loved him so much. If he liked me, he was good at hiding it. "We need to warn George about the war," I said. "It's in two days."
"Yeah, Okay."
"I am not going to anymore classes, my arm still feels numb from the pain," I spoke. "Will you stay with me?"
"Of course, darling. Why wouldn't I?"
"To see Angelina..." I murmured, a tear forming at the brink of my eye.
"I hate her, why would I want to?"
"Freddie, she's so perfect, how could you hate her. She's everything I'm not."
"Because she can be a bitch. She can be very controlling as well," he laughed. "And you are everything."
I blushed, and so did he. I laughed, awkwardly, to get rid of the tension in the room.A few hours passed, and George came running in. "Where have you two been? You've missed several classes," he said.
"My arm aches, so I didn't want to go to classes, and Fred stayed with me," I answered.
"Why does your arm hurt?" He asked.
"The Dark Mark," Fred answered. "She got called but she ignored it. There is a war coming, 2nd May. We need to stay safe Georgie."
"We should lay low until the War. Knowing You-Know-Who, he will fight on the evening. We just need to practise spells to protect ourselves," I suggested.
"Great idea, love, we can do that," Fred agreed.
We went to tell their mum, Molly, before secretly practising spells. Snape was headmaster now, and he would have checked everywhere possible to find something suspicious, especially with Harry, Ron and Hermione out, so we had to be careful.
