[Baie]

I beamed down at my wine glass.

Jealous of its easy existence.

I glanced around the ballroom to realize half the people had left and went home, but the one person I wanted to leave, stood across the room and just starred at me.

I swallowed hard as I downed the rest of my wine.

"Hey," chimed Star, gently, stroking my arm and snatching my eighth glass of wine out of my hand. "I was going to ask how you're holding up - but," She glared over at the glass and then tilted her head at me. "I think I can already tell."

I glared at her as I shifted a little in my stance, trying to figure out a better way to hold this pain in my chest.

"Most people are leaving, are you read to head upstairs?" Star inquired.

"I want to," I answered, turning from the bar and leaning against it. "but I can't."

"Oh, right - its considered rude of the hostess to leave before all her guests are gone." Star smirked, sarcastically. "Do you even hear yourself -?"

"- or see yourself?" Haven appeared beside Star, earning a glare from me.

"Who even invited you?" I smirked, as Haven shook her head a little.

"I did." Pansy rolled her eyes, appearing beside me, immediately regretting her decision.

"Why?" growled Star, looking at Haven up and down.

"We're all in this together, remember?" Pansy asked, looking from Star to myself before wrapping an arm around my shoulders. "How are you doing?"

"I've drank three -"

"- eight -"

"- glasses of wine, so you tell me." I felt myself struggle to form the words.

"Not good." Haven smacked her lips. "I have to admit, at first I found you pathetic, now -" Haven shook her head and giggled as she placed both hands on her hips. "- this is just sad."

"Do we need to go another round?" I smirked, stumbling forward.

"Nope." smirked Star, inserting herself between us. "Not here...not while he is here."

This caused the four of us to turn our heads to see Voldemort interacting with all our parents, smiling proudly.

"When did they say the wedding was again?" Pansy asked, breaking another form of ice.

"It was said it was going to be this summer," I sighed, turning my back to the scene and Draco's gaze. "but knowing my parents, they'll push for it to be sooner -"

"- like this weekend!" chimed my Mother, appearing behind me.

I rolled my eyes and growled out loud.

"Excuse you, young lady - that is now a to a lady to behave." my Mother shot at me, snatching me away from the girls and dragging me over to the circle with Voldemort in the center, then was shoved into Blaise, who caught me.
