Dao Ming
I walked down the hallway to my class. After shoving through crowds of people I finnaly got there and sat silently in my seat until the bell rang.
Minutes passed with the teachers voice mumbling away when the door opened. "Your here. Class this is Ae Si. She's switching classes because-
"Someone tried to mess with me," Ae Si interupted. "Nobody cares why I'm here. Where do I sit?"
The teacher studied the girl for a moment, anger flashing in her eyes.
Ae Si looked back with an intense gaze. "Like what you see?" She scoffed
The teacher glanced at the class then pointed at me. "There."
Ae Si bowed in actual respect then sat by me.
"Hi. I'm Dao Ming. You can call me, Dao" I greeted and held my hand out for her to shake.
She looked at my hand then at me. With an unamused look she high fived me and took her notebook out. Not bothering to pick her pencil up, she layed her head on the book and closed her eyes.
"Ae Si!" The teacher called after about 30 minutes. "Si. Can you answer this question?"
The girl sat up and looked at the bored. "21," She confidently stated.
"Thats wrong. You need to-
"Mam. That is not wrong. You see there you added 3. It's subtracting. It seems you are the one who was wrong." Ae Si crossed her arms and leaned back in her seat.
The teacher studied the board and looked at Ae Si. "You are correct." She said with a shocked tone. "But that doesn't mean you can sleep in my class. You will fall behind and-
Si laughed a little. "Mam. I'd appreciate if you teach the class. Don't act like I'm stupid."
The teacher looked at her in dismay. "Ae Si. Last time I checked, you were the one who was switched to this class because you couldn't do something in class. Do not speak to me like that."
Ae si stood up angirly. "Is that supposed to offend me?" She laughed. "Because I can't nor do I want to do art. Unlike you, I can't tell the difference between the green marked and the red marker! "
"Pardon?"
Ar Si took a deep breath. "Mam. I believe you should get all the facts before you start speaking. I am color blind, not stupid. So please teach this class and leave me alone. It is my life if I fall behind."
The teacher looked at the class then cleared her throat at there snickering. "Ok. You subtract 3 and and get 3 then you multiply to get 21..." she continued teaching.
Ae si sat down silently putting her head back on her book. When the bell for lunch rang she didn't flinch. I gathered my things quietly.
Two other male classmates began fiddling with her hair. She had long black hair that complimented her natural beautiful face and body. The boys grabbed their water bottles and quickly dumped them on the girl. They didn't get far though because Ae Si stood up and grabbed them by their shirts. She shoved them into the wall by their throats. "Don't mess with me." She warned before letting them walk away. She stood there, staring at the blank wall dripping water then took her glasses off, and set them on the nearby table before slidding down the wall.
I set my stuff down and took my sweater off, walking to her. Gently, I wiped the top of her head. She looked up at me and bowed slightly with tears welling in her eyes. "You must be strong to talk to Ms. kim like that."
She looked at me blankly as I dried her. "You got question 5 wrong." She stated and stood up. I grabbed her glasses then followed her to her spot. She wiped the water off the desk and threw her soaked notebook in the trash before grabbing my stuff and sorting through it. She grabbed my notebook and opened it. "This. It's 56. You didn't do it correctly."
