Ae Si.
I held my head painfully on the walk to school. Still tired (which I always am no matter how much I sleep) I walked into the class and layed my head down.
There was a loud pound on the desk making me cover my head as memories of 4 years ago flashed through my mind. "Sup loser. Where's your boyfriend today? Huh?" The boy laughed.
I stood up angirly looking him in his eyes. "We are not dating. Were not even friends." I said.
He looked at me, getting his face close to mine. "Can you see me." He smiled.
I cracked my knuckles then looked him dead in the eyes before slamming my elbow into his face. "I don't know. How's my aim?" I asked mockingly.
He screamed in pain. "What the hell dude. I think you broke my jaw." He yelled as he rubbed his jaw.
I sat down in my seat again. "Darn. I was aiming for your nose. Guess your mouth is just... to big to miss"
The boy stood up straight shoving me out of my seat. A drop of blood dripped from his mouth. "How about now tough girl. Can you hit me now." He yelled. He threw my chair onto me knocking the wind out of me for a few seconds until he threw Daos chair onto me. I felt a warm stream fall down the outside of my throat and I pushed the chairs off of me, standing up.
I smiled and angirly laughed as I wiped some of the blood. "Your testing me"
"I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry" he reached to touch me but I twisted his arm.
I pushed him back a little then kicked him to the floor, letting my toung brush across my teeth. "Not so tough now are you tough guy." I mocked him.
I went to go back to my seat when he grabbed my leg and pulled me to the floor. He shoved a table onto me angirly.
"Han Wol. How dare you. Go to the office now." Ms Kim yelled.
Dao lifted the table off of me and kneeld in front of me. "Your bleeding. That bi-" he went to get up but I caught his arm. I let my eyes fall closed. "Ae Si wake up" he yelled. "Ae Si"
"Ae Si" Ms. Kim began shaking my arm, forgetting her scolding of the boy. "Quickly get her to the nurse" she yelled frantically.
Unable to open my eyes I felt Dao wrap his arms under my shoulders and legs then lift me up. "Can you wake up now. That bitch is going to die. I promise." He whispered.
I was never completely unconscious because I could hear and comprehend what was happening.
"He did what. No. Don't suspend him. He's expelled. Hes banned. Hes never allowed back to my school again." The principal yelled. I had never heard him that angry before.
I remember an ambulance and Dao begging god for me to be alright while I lay there obviousness to what was happening.
Doctors treated me and eventually I passed out.
When I woke again, Dao was holding my hand tightly while Ms. Kim and the principle pace back and forth between the room.
I squeezed Daos hand and he looked up quickly. "Ae Si." He said relieved as he wiped a tear from his eyes. He slowly leaned into hug, barely touching me.
"Sweety are you ok?" Ms. Kim asked.
I looked around still unaware what was wrong. "I'm fine" I whispered, since it was hard to talk.
"2 broken ribs, 12 stitches" Dao pointed to his colarbone area.
I went to touch mine but he pulled my hands back. I studied the hospital room which was so similar to the one 4 years ago. I began to panic. "I need to get out of here." I said quietly.
