I blinked my eyes open. Tubes ran through my body. I looked around seeing an empty room. I panicked thinking about what happened before I passed out.
"Hey!" I called as loudly as I could to a girl in a doctor's outfit that walked by.
The girl backed up and looked at me. Her eyes went wide and she turned out. "Guys. He's awake. Room 202 is awake!" she yelled and quickly walked in. She did something with the tubes and looked into my eyes. "Wow" she said as 2 other doctors came in.
"What?" i asked confused.
"You've been in a coma for 1 and a half weeks." She said. "Do you remember what happened?"
I tried to sit up but it hurt. "I want Ae Si."
"The girl. The color-
"Shes not 'the color blind girl' she has a name. That name is Ae Si. I want Ae Si." I stated angirly.
The doctors nodded to each other and the male walked out. "Ae Si. She kept stressing and passing out so we had to take her to a room."
"Well take me there," I demanded.
The nurse smiled. "If shes awake I'm sure she'll be here. She's been waiting and hasn't even eaten since what happened."
I layed my head back impatiently as I waited. The doctors walked out leaving me alone.
"D-dao" Ae Si's shakey voice called. I looked up and she ran to me kissing me roughly. She wrapped her arms around me and burried her head in my shoudler.
"Ae Si. Are you ok?" I asked worriedly as I felt her tears hit my shoulder.
She lifted her head up, wiping her tear. "No. Why would you do that? Do you know how worried I was? Dao Ming You didn't have a fucking pulse. You were bleeding damn it." She cried.
I pulled her back to me "Ae Si. I don't... quite rember what happened. Stop talking about it." I said as I squeezed her to me tightly.
"I love you," she whispered. "Don't do that to me again. If you do... and you survive. I will personally kill you." she said, her voice soft yet malicious.
I let her go slowly and looked at her. I laughed a little but it hurt. "Ae Si. Do you mind telling me why they said I was in a coma. All I remember is seeing Han while someone else held you... and then... you were holding me and we were talking... and that's it."
Ae Si held me tightly. "Han was trying to kill me. You got in the way and he stabbed you with a knife. They said it hit your lungs, then they said they didn't know if you'd survive. And you didn't have a pulse.... Dao you scared me. Don't leave me ever again. I'm so sorry." She said, yet again burrying her face into me.
My slow shallow breaths hurt making me know she wasn't lying. "Ae Si. All I had to do for you to show me how you feel is die?"
"Shut up," she said with a tired voice.
Jeon walked in holding Ae Si's sketchbook and a bag of snacks. "Good morning." He smiled a smile that made me scared.
"Did I... do something wrong" I asked.
Jeon held his smile firmly as he looked at me intensely. "You ruined her. Shes fallen for you." He slumped his shoulders. "So if you hurt her... you will be dead." He stated calmly.
I nodded in understanding. Ae Si finnaly got up and took the things from Jeon. "Thanks." She smiled and sat by me. "Which ones the soup?" she asked as she took a red takeout container and a blue takeout container out of the bag.
"The blue one," Jeon said.
Ae Si looked up starring at the wall, her happy expression fadded. She cleared her throat. "Ok. Leave. Bye."
