i had realized that tae had been gone a while. i decided to go check on him.
i made my way out of the shoe store i was currently waiting for tae at. as i was leaving, someone bumped into me.
"jimin! i don't wanna go to the food court anymore!" taehyung? "can we go back now?" his cheeks were flushed a dark pink.
"um, ok," i said and wrapped my arm around his shoulder. "why baby?"
"i-" tae stopped walking. "this is all just so embarrassing." he covered his face with his hands.
"tae, what happened?" i asked again, removing his hands.
"i r-ran into hoseok and j-jungkook in the store, a-and hoseok and i were t-talking."
"so?" i raised an eyebrow.
"they're so- b-buff," tae pouted. "when jungkook appeared, i got t-too embarrassed of my looks c-compared to him, and ran to the l-line."
i frowned at his words.
"so i was i-in line, and the girl in front of me was taking too l-long, so i became a-antsy and fell back."
"oh no! taetae are you okay??" i checked for any bruises or scratches on him.
he shoved my hands away. "n-no, someone c-caught me."
"oh, ok," i let out a sigh of relief.
"but it was j-jungkook," he flinched.
i chuckled as i pulled him in for a hug. "awww, baby, don't be scared, jungkook's a nice guy, he isn't as scary as he looks."
tae stopped the hug. "but he's buff and i'm not!!!" he was almost crying. "you're also buff and manly a-and i don't even know you anymore." now he was crying.
i pulled him in for another hug and looked into his eyes. "listen, tae, you may not be buff and manly but you're so cute, that's what makes you different." i grinned and moved the hair out of his eyes. "anyone would fall for you."
"but i don't wanna be cute," he lightly whispered while crying.
"hush, i bet jungkook even fell for you," i said.
"but i was the one who fell."
i laughed and let him lightly cry on my shoulder as we walked to the car. i wouldn't let jin see him like this anyways.
