3rd Person POV

Amelia glared at Ratri. "What the fuck do you want?" She growled.

Peter's face then pretended as if he was hurt. "Ugh, such foul words..." He muttered whilst shaking his head.

Slowly, turning his frown to a chuckle. "Straight to the point, I think it's not what I want is what you're wondering." He extended out his hand, showing a pen drive.

Amelia didn't show any sort of shocking emotion, trying to lay low, the opposite goes for Leo. His eyes went wide, his mouth hung with lips slightly parted.

"No, I'm sure. I'd gladly listen to your lifelong story of what you want and why you're still here," She spat sarcastically, finally pulling out her foot.

Time was ticking down. As more time passes by, the lycopodium powder that was scattered at certain places will begin to disappear and Amelia didn't want anything nor anyone to mess up her plans.

"Wow, so mean. Is that where you got your attitude from, Leo?" Ratri asked, turning to face Leo. The boy in question narrowed his eyes at the adult.

"Was it Amelia? From her previous performances, I should've known she was a bad example to you..." He said, making him slightly regret agreeing with Lewis' deal. Amelia scoffed at his words.

'I'm not a bad example,' She thought. 'Am I?'

Leo gritted his teeth. He hated when Ratri does this. Blaming others when he knew it was his own fault. The older man always seems to make anything and everything not 'big of a deal' while letting his goons solve his problems.

"Amelia is everything you're not," Leo stood in front of Amelia, protectively. She was immediately taken aback by his actions.

"Oh, really? I don't see any difference between us, to be honest. The stubbornness? That superiority —and god complex? That infamous glare of hers? With those... midnight-blue eyes of hers. You must've seen them before, haven't you? At least, try and connect the dots. Honestly," Ratri sighed. "What are you? Blind?"

Amelia tilted her head, "Leo, what is he talking about?" She took a step to the side, looking into his shimmering golden eyes for answers.

The brown-greyish haired boy looked at his feet. 'What is he trying to say...?' He had a puzzled look on his face, trying to somehow connect dots. That's when the realization hit him like a train as his head snapped towards the blue-haired girl then at the man standing not far from him, lastly back at her.

Leo took a step back from Amelia, making her more confused than ever. "Leo? What is it? Hey!" She exclaimed.

Much to Amelia's surprise, Leo just took a step back from the two, standing right in the middle between them. Amelia took a step forward, raising an eyebrow. Amelia obviously had no idea what was going on, leading to their confusion on how to react to the current situation.

"Don't you think the show is getting boring, Amelia? Should we..." Peter paused mid-sentence, taking out a pen with unreadable writings on it. "Spice it up?"

Ratri then pressed the cap of the pen. That's when the blue-haired girl felt an unexpected but intense spike of pain in her head; All she could hear was, what she might describe, as a high frequency inside her ear.

Her eyes widened in alarm, eyesight starting to get blurry and double vision to make everything worse. Dropping her katanas as she used her arms to grip onto her head as though it'd help. The pain in her head then spread throughout her nerve system. The extreme feeling of pain, made her felt like as if her blood was replaced with hot lava instead of blood. She dropped to her knees, extending a hand out to grab onto the nearest thing which was Ratri's desk.
