Chapter 24

(Alexis's POV)

Ash is my best friend now I don't care what daddy says. She's really nice. I like the others too but Ash is very nice to me. Right now she is holding me because I am too tired to walk. We've been here for like 5 hours.

"Ash what time is it?" I ask and rest my head on her shoulder. She looks at her Apple Watch.

"3:32. What do you want to do now?" She asks.

I think for a minute. "Can we go meet Mickey Mouse?" I whisper to her.

"That's a great idea let's tell the others!" I giggle at her enthusiasm and she turns around to the others.

"Guys Lex wants to meet some characters. We should go."

"We need a group picture with Mickey Mouse!!" Rae says too excited. I giggle again and we all start on our way to go to Mickey Mouse. This will be fun!

(Corpse's POV)

"Hey corpse can we ask you something?" Jeremy asks.

"Yea sure what's up?"

"Is Alexis wearing boys clothes?" He asks me.

"Yeah do you have a problem with it??" I ask getting defensive.

"No no no I was just curious. If that's what she wants to wear then she can wear it." I nod content with his answer. I look ahead and notice Poki and Rae holding hands. That's too cute.

I am snapped out of my thoughts with Sykkuno grabbing my hand. I smile and he says. "I know the others don't know but they are all way ahead of us.."

I kiss his cheek even though my mask is on and he smiles. We catch up to the others and they are already at Mickey Mouse.

"There you two are come on let's take a picture!!" Rae says. I take Lexi from Ash and we have from left to right in the back, Tina, Poki, Rae, Brook, Mickey, me and Lex, Sykkuno Ash and Jack. In the front on the ground laying down trying to look cool is Lud and Jeremy.

A random person is taking a picture of all of us on Rae's phone and I feel a bit uncomfortable. I feel like I'm being watched and I don't like it.

"H-hey guys i-I'm going to go to the bathroom..I'll be back." I say to the group. I hand Lexi to Poki and walk off. I need a minute to clear my head. The feeling of being watched is all in my head. I tell myself. It isn't working so I pull on my hair a little.

I feel a light tap on my shoulder and I turn around to see Ash. She looks at me sadly and just hugs me. "It's going to be alright. My anxiety is through the roof too."

That's when I remember she's also a faceless streamer probably going through the exact same thing.

"How are you holding up Ash?" I ask, a wave of worry had washed over me.

"I'm doing good. Better knowing that I'm not the only one who's feeling like this." I smile and rest my head on top of hers. We stay like this for a few minutes.

"Ready to go back to the others?" She asks and I nod.

(Sykkuno's POV)

Okay I'll admit I'm jealous. I hate how Ash is the one comforting him right now when it should be me. I mean they barely even know each other.

"What's wrong Sykkuno?" I hear Rae ask.

"Nothing.." I mumble.

"Why do you try to lie to me? I can see right through you."

"Fine..it's because of Ash and Corpse.."

"Why would that make you upset?"

"Because corpse is my boyfriend.." I whisper and she squeals.

Lexi jumps in Poki's arms.

"Babe calm down you scared Lexi."

Rae turns a deep shade of red. Wait. Babe?

"Oh Jesus! You two are dating?!" I whisper shout.

They nod sheepishly. "Awww you two are cute."

Lexi just giggles. "You look like a tomato."

"Don't call me a berry." Rae says.

"Eww who just said tomatoes?" Brooke asks.

"Me..I-I'm sorry.." she starts to get a little upset.

"No no no it's okay bubs. I just don't like tomatoes. I wasn't saying anything bad to you."

"O-okay..so you don't h-hate me?" she stutters.

"I couldn't even think about doing that." Brooke tells the small child. Brooke opens her arms for a hug and Lexi hugs her giggling.

"You give great hugs." She compliments.

Lexi steps back and looks down playing with the hem of her shirt. "Thank you.." Lexi mumbles.

"Well..what do you plan on doing now that you're 5? That's a whole year older!" Poki says.

"Daddy said I can play sports and in the fall I can go to kindergarten." She says proudly.

"What sports are you going to play?" Rae asks.

"Soccer and football. Maybe basketball in the winter! Daddy also said he's going to teach me to swim!"

"That's so cool! I'm excited for you." Rae says.

Lexi just smiles away. I can tell she's really happy.
