Chapter 15- I Will

~Matt's POV

The confrontation with my parents didn't go as bad as I had though and again, Joh saved the day. He seriously is my knight in shining armor.

So today, about a week since talking to my parents and today Josh and I were chilling around some neighborhood park. We were spending time at Josh's house cause we had no where better to stay. Anyways, back at the park (where we first met) we were sitting on the swings Josh attempting to swing where as I was still.

"Josh you have to extend your legs going out and back in when you're going down." I laughed as Josh couldn't even nail that maneuver.

"That's what he said!" he yelled at as he angrily tried to swing. I rolled my eyes as we laughed at that really horrible joke. Finally giving up, Josh stopped the swing and got off. Walking over to my swing I couldn't help but look at his perfect face. He dragged me off the swing he held me in a hug. His tacky sunglasses covered his pitching eyes.

We were wearing sunglasses because we didn't want people recognizing us because of Marianas Trench, not because of Jatt. That had died off.

"So..." he murmured in my ear. It sent chills from my ear and through my body. I pressed my lips against his so they lightly brushed his and then full on. I was in control until Josh redirected the kiss from my lips and to my jaw line. Then my neck. And then my collarbone.

"Jeez...God" I sighed as he got my sweet spot. "Joshhhhh" I slurred. I could feel Josh smiling as he continued on. We were just standing there in a public park and some guy was making me week in the knees. But then again, that guy was Josh.

"Mommy! What are those boys doing?!" Josh continued as Ilooked over to the park bench that had a young toddler boy and his mother who were staring at us like we were mental. I couldn't help but gape.

His mother saw Josh and tried to shieled her son's eyes. " I'm so sorry you guys!" she called out to us before picking him up and walking the opposite direction. Yet Josh kept kissing.

"Ok Josh that's enough. Enough. JOSH!" I yelled into his ear until he finally stopped.

"What?" he pouted.

"Nothing. Except some little boy watching you kiss me.". Josh smirked.

"Really now?" he chuckled. Josh had no shame when it came to this stuff. "I though you didn't care?"

I rolled my eyes. "I don't care about admitting I'm gay. I care about trying not to pollute toddlers' minds with guys kissing."

Josh sighed. "Fine. I'm sorry."

I kissed him on the lips. "You're forgiven." Josh gave me a thankful smile. So we got off the playground cause we really didn't need another corrupted toddler mind. We took a lap around the baseball diamond untill we reached the shaded by trees area with a bench.

Sitting on the bench Josh said, "Do you love me?" I smiled.

"Yeah. Why?"

"Well, I was wondering-" the creepy, happy side of started to freak out. Josh was gonna propose to me! I started having a mental breakdown and fazed out...

"Well, will you Matt?"

"Yes! I will Josh!"

Josh's voice snapped me back, "You will what?" I blushed. Hopefully he couldn't tell what I was thinking about.

"Sorry. Continue on."

"Well. I know that right now that we're just either really good friends that have secret feelings or at the brink of a legit relationship." I nodded understandingly.

"So, do you WANT to have a relationship?" my eyes widened but I went back to a smile.

"Like boyfriend-girlfriend?" I thought that over "Or boyfriend-boyfriend?" Josh nodded smiling.

"Yes" I smiled. I don't know if I started to tear first but when Josh's hand caressed my cheek felt my eyes water and eventually Josh's heartbeat through his t-shirt as he held me close whispering sweet things.

"It'll be all right...I promise." he murmured as he kissed my forehead.

"I guess..." I mummbled. He kissed me on the lips before we got up and walked away.
