Chapter 4: School day

Choa woke up and looked around her. She felt confused as she usually awoke to a bright shining light with an open window and millions of little cherry blossoms falling onto her. She then remembered that she was at Ever After High and she grinned warmly to herself. "Hey Choa" Said Raven coming in. "Oh, hi Raven" Choa said happily. "Woah are you not dressed yet; classes start in 15 minutes. You still need to eat breakfast" Raven asked surprised. "Oh my gosh! Yes, you are right. I need to get started and brew my fave green matcha tea" Choa said getting up quickly. "Green matcha? That takes ages to brew!" Raven exclaimed. "Well, not if you have the power of the Mad Hatter's daughter." Choa winked. "Well yeah Maddie can have teatime anytime...oh yeah I forgot you have all the powers" Raven said finally understanding. The tea managed to brew within a second and soon Choa was meditating in the air holding a cup of green matcha. "Guys look!" screamed Apple bursting in to Choa's room. Apple's hair was a mess. What used to be flowy, golden tresses, were now tangled curls with knots. "OMG! That's hilarious" Raven laughed snorting. "It's ok Apple" Choa smiled. And with one flick of her wrist a golden glow came out and started to fix Apple's hair...within a second her hair was filled with golden and flowy curls. Apple looked cautiously in the mirror. "Oh, thank you so much Choa" Apple said with gratitude. "No problem" Choa said. "Well, now that the hair problem is over, how is my outfit today guys?" Apple smiled as she twirled around. "It's the same as always. Beautiful ruby red with a shiny golden touch" said Raven rolling her eyes. "Very royal" Choa said. "Oh! How perfect! Just the look I was going for" Apple beamed. "Well, what about me then?" said Raven smirking. "It's...unique. Umm...the dress style is nice...but...I would change the colours. Dark purple and black are not very...umm...royal" Apple said hesitantly. "I think it's really cool how someone can express themselves in what they wear" Choa said in awe. "Cool, at least someone has taste" Raven glared playfully at Apple. "What are you going to wear Choa?" asked Apple avoiding Raven's look. "The usual...I guess," Choa said in a monotone voice. In a bright yellow flash, Choa had changed into her purple dress, orange kimono and glass boots. "That's so cute! Very humble and extremely royal!" Said Apple in awe. "I mean...as long as you feel comfortable in it...that's all that matters," Raven said in a neutral tone. "I mean yeah...my mother says that as long as it looks noble and royal... it's perfect. I mean I do feel ok in it but I have always wished...to own the kind of clothes worn at those pop star concerts. They are so cool" Choa said excitedly. "Hey! I think it's time to go to class." Apple said as she skipped out of the room. Raven and Choa followed.
