shawn got to rehearsals, his heart at the verge of explosion. this was what happened before every show, he was nervous, he wanted his fans to get an amazing experience, he was scared to mess up.
when he first gets on the stage and ego comes rushing in, and it goes 'don't mess up' and then thirty seconds in and he thinks 'i'm just a guy, and i love music'
even though he didn't feel the best right now, he did not want to ruin the night for his fans, he was so grateful for them, for being there on his side and loving him.
he felt happy with them and if the curly haired girl who showed up in his dreams every night would've been there with him, he would have been the happiest man alive.
but she was not.
and so he was not the happiest man alive.

his eyes widened, when he heard the familiar soothing voice, the same voice which made him fall in love, the voice which sang to him on facetime after he had a nightmare, the voice he missed so fucking much.
he turned around, and a whisper left his mouth
"camila..."
he was speechless, frozen at his place, he didn't know what to say and then suddenly her arms engulfed him into a tight hug and she sobbed into his chest.
and she finally felt at home.
after a few minutes shawn pulled away from her, still not being able to believe that camila stood right in front of him, "are you real" he asked flustered, she smiled and nodded.
"what are you doing here?" he was curious, after their fallout he didn't expect her to show up.
"i missed you" she mumbled shyly, camila didn't know what to say to him and neither did shawn. "i'm so sorry" he said and their bodies embraced each other once again and they sobbed into the other's arms.
