Ally opened her eyes slowly, at first confused of her surroundings. She tried to stretch her arms, but was held back by something.

Someone.

There was a body pressed against Ally's, their back touching her chest. Dark brown hair with blond tips was spread out across the pillow. One of their legs had hooked around her's. Small snores emitted from the person, their eyes tightly shut.

Ally inhaled sharply when she realized who she was cuddling with.

Rae.

What. The. Fuck.

She had no memory of what they did before going to sleep last night, and certainly was not expecting to wake up cuddling Rae. Ally immediately scooted away from the woman. Ignoring the sudden feeling of emptiness, she slid out of the bed.

Ally scanned the room, holding back a yawn. The last thing she wanted to do was wake up Rae. She couldn't help but let her gaze linger on the sleeping girl, admiring her beauty. Rae was stunning, without even trying. Butterflies fluttered in Ally's stomach. Seeing Rae in person was magical, just being around her caused a smile to light up Ally's face.

She spotted her phone, on the top of Rae's desk, next to her computer. Ally picked it up and noticed that she had quite a lot of notifications. It was something she'd have to get used to, the huge internet recognition that came with being friends with someone as popular as Rae.

Besides the mentions, comments, likes, and follows on her various social media accounts, some of the notifications were from Callie, who had been spamming her with texts.

Ally sighed, annoyed at Callie's nosiness, though a part of her liked knowing that she cared about her. Callie just had an odd way of showing it. She sent her a quick message that she was fine and that she'd tell Callie more later.

Exiting out of the messages app and going to Twitter, about to post a photo she had taken the night before, Ally slid into Rae's gaming chair. Remembering what Rae had said about Ally being in the chair, a blush spread across her cheeks. She moved so her legs were hanging off one of the the arm rests, her head leaning on the back of the chair.

Ally scanned her Twitter feed quickly. Nothing new, that was until she saw Callie's tweet.
