The ride to the research center was long and tedious, but in about three hours, the old woman and her granddaughter arrived. "Hello Ms. Maximoff, welcome to the Montgomery aquatic research center." The old woman was greeted by the same man she saw on television.
"My name is Doctor Miles Gavin it's a pleasure meeting you." He extended his hand for a handshake. "It's a pleasure meeting you too, this is my great great granddaughter Vivian." The old woman replied, as Vivian shook hands with Doctor Gavin.
They were then given a tour about the center, and were shown where they would be staying during their time there. "So I understand, that you have information about the sinking of the titanic." The doctor began to say after he introduced the two woman to his other fellow scientists. Everyone sat, surrounding the old woman, with notebooks and recorders.
"Yes I do." She nodded. "Do you mind telling us your story?" One of the other scientist asked."Why of course, though it has been a long time since then, some details may be left out." She warned. "That's okay, just tell us what you remember." Doctor Gavin explained. Just in case the old woman needed a refresher on the titanic, the researchers held up design graphics, of the sinking of the titanic so she could remember.
The old woman stood up to look at the graphic, as tears began to roll down her cheeks. "It's been 84 years...."
The next chapter is when the story actually begins, so yeah.
