Chapter 7

*Stephanie's POV*

I start looking around and see familiar faces. I started looking for my mom but instead I see Niall.

We stared at eachother for the longest time, all I could think was how much I missed him. I waved my hand, he blinked and turned around.  

We said a few prayers as the funeral ended. Niall stands up and kneels down in front of his mothers coffin and starts crying.

My eyes start getting watery, everyone started crying too. I spot my mom crying in my dad's arms, I stood up and walked up to her.

She looked up, "Stephanie!" She exclaimed, I hugged her tightly as she cried on my shoulder.

My dad grabbed my mom and sat her down, he then pointed at Niall, "You should go talk to him hun."

I wiped my tears and nod.

*Niall's POV*

My tears kept falling down my face, I couldn't control it.

"Niall?"

I heard someone say behind me, I wipe my eyes and turn to find Stephanie in front of me.

"Steph?" I stand up, she was still short.

She pulled me into a hug, I couldn't help but hug her back.

"I'm so sorry," She cried out into my neck. She hugged me tighter as I let my tears out too.

"We need everyone to clear out as we are going to head to the cemetery," the priest announced.

I let go of the hug and walk out the door. I couldn't make eye contact with her, I couldn't talk to her.

I have no idea why.

*Stephanie's POV*

After the priest announced that we were heading to the funeral, Niall left my hug. I stared at him in confusion, he never said a word to me.

The cemetery was painful. To see that coffin go inside the ground just made me sob uncontrollably.

I glanced at Niall, he was going crazy.

"No! God, no!" He exclaimed, Liam pulled him in for a hug as he started crying too.

I look around and see all the boys crying, he had great friends. The burying ended.

Everyone went home as the depressing day came to an end.
