⤙ Your POV ⤚

Auradon. My home. It wasn't always, though. My sister and our friends left me on the Isle when Prince Ben issued a proclamation to bring them to Auradon Prep to learn how to be good. Of course, they chose good, and they left me on the Isle. For a while, it left me salty and feeling so, so alone. Then I heard that Uma, daughter of Ursula was starting a little pirate crew. And since my sister hated Uma, and I hated my sister, I decided I may as well join her crew. That's where I met him. Harry Hook. My love and my savior. It sounds cheesy, I know, but it's true. I was angry and upset with my sister and her- sorry, our friends, and it made me dangerous. He made me...less dangerous, I suppose you could say. He saw past my facade, but we had to push our feelings away. It was the Isle, after all. When Mal came back to the Isle, I, of course, confronted her with Harry. We took Ben, we faced off, and we lost again. I lost everything. I lost a chance at a relationship with my sister, and I lost a chance to get off the Isle. Uma nearly got us off, but she failed. She went up against my sister, so of course she lost. We all lost. That's why we were on the Isle of the Lost.

Fast forward to my dear sister's engagement. Well, Beasty boy proposes to my sister, fancy, I know, then they came here. They came once again to my territory so you know how I reacted. I made a plan. They took over the kids, but then our dad interrupted my plan. Yes, our dad. Hades, god and king of the underworld. He messed up my plan, and my sister got away. But lucky me, a jealous princess stole the crown and my mother's scepter, and caused evil and chaos to descend upon Auradon. Of course, my goody two shoes sister returned to the Isle to find a way to stop Audrey. I was immediately alerted of their presence on the Isle, and I went with part of my crew, as well as Harry and Gil to find them. We followed them through the barrier, after crashing their bikes, and joined them. Oh, I forgot to mention, Uma came back and we were all very happy about that. Me, sort of. I got a little possessive of Harry.

Anyways, Mal had the ember, then we found out she lied. She promised to let all the kids who wanted off of that goddamned island, and she lied to us. So Celia dropped the ember in water. That meant it was game over. The pirates and I left, because we weren't going to help someone who lied to us, and we were saving her little kingdom for nothing. She called after us, but we didn't listen, of course. Harry wrapped his arm around me then, because he knew I was hurting. Then later we saw Mal turn to her dragon form, and defeat Audrey. Audrey fell into a sort of sleeping death? We couldn't help her, neither of us were full Hades. We had to call Dad. So we called Dad, and I left with him. Mal apologized to me, and we actually hugged. We did, it's so weird, right?

Finally, Mal's engagement party. Fun outfits, yada yada, watching my sister's speech on a screen from the Isle, yada yada. Sneaking looks at Harry, Harry sneaking looks at me. Then we heard her say she needed to be Queen of the Isle too. That's when the barrier came down, and we danced into the sunlight. The Isle and Auradon finally in harmony.

⤙ Harry's POV {a year later} ⤚

"(y/n), there's something I have to say... there's a reason I went to such lengths for our date today." She shifts in my chair with a smile, and reaches out to hold my hand up on the table.
     "Go ahead, say anything."
"Remember the day you came down to the docks to demand Uma let you join the crew?" She laughs and nods.
"Well, I saw you that day...and I thought you were beautiful. Before you interject, don't lie and insist you're not. Because you are, my love, you are gorgeous. I saw you that day, and I knew I wanted to know more about you. Know you. So of course, that's where our love story begins." I slide out of my chair and readjust on one knee. She brings her hands to her mouth with a small gasp. I pull out the velvet box and pop it open.
"Love, I want to add a new chapter to our love story. Will you marry me?" Silent tears roll down her face and she removes her hands to reveal a wide smile. She launches herself at me and I pick her up and spin her around.
"Yes." She mutters into my shoulder. "Yes, a million times, yes."
